Why a Single Mom of Two is Forced to Live in a Garage

This is what the United States government is forcing us to do. This is what living in America has come to. This country has made it so hard for people to survive and make a living and make a decent, honest, living working hard. It’s almost impossible to pay rent on a car and buy food and everything else you need in this country these days. I don’t understand a lot of things about the United States and the rent being so high and minimum paying jobs is not helping at all.

Im tempted to sell my house for £400,000 and buy a garage for £50,000(uk) and spend around 50k on conversions

People can never mind their own business. She now has a place to live. What is the big deal? The landlord was nice enough to let her stay there and she lives fine. We don't need luxuries. Just a clean home, roof over our heads, bed, food and water to bath. Hope she now lives in a bigger home being the children would be older. If not...again I say at least they have all they need.

to be honest if she were in Colorado even if owning a house is expensive renting a basement of one that is renovated is still only 1K to 1.2K a month which i honestly better than that garage.

Most people who can't even afford a house just go for either becoming a drifter or live in a trailer camp she probably more lucky with a rent garage that has a bathroom

I lived with my mom ( who was going to 4 chemos a week to treat her cancer) , grandma, and 3 other siblings for 4 years in a garage. it was so stressful, i erased that period of my life from my memory, and only just remembered those 4 years with this video.
