This is the Taylor MV that made the world stop and realize they were all wrong and idiotic for crapping all over her. It's crazy how many easter eggs Taylor threw in here. From clapping back at Kanye, to wearing the "I <3 TS" shirt that Tom Hiddleston sported with her years ago when they were dating and tabloids went crazy and sl*t-shamed Taylor repeatedly, her calling out Spotify for not paying their artists, the "Squad" reference to people mocking her for it and saying she's building some army of robots and pays them and tells them what to say/do, calling out the Grammy awards, what people have said to her or about her in the past, clapping back at Kim AND Kanye for the phone call, using the snakes to reference how Kim called her a snake but Taylor embraced it and uno-reversed her, and the single dollar bill in the tub of diamonds at the beginning symbolizing her trial with the guy who SA her and sued her for him getting fired for it but she counter-sued for just $1 (SO BADASS BY THE WAY) . There are so many more little easter eggs in there about so many other instances and events that will make this comment even more so of a freaking essay so I shall stop now with the list HAHA. But while this song isn't my favorite, this music video is definitely towards the top of my favorite TS videos, not to mention her most iconic. I loved loved LOVED watching y'all react to this, I can't explain it but it warms my heart when I see other people appreciating the talent that Taylor Swift is and the incredible strong woman she is. This song mostly has to do with kanye, but not over the MTV music video awards but, when kanye and kim Kardashian lied about taylor blessing kamyes song lyrics that said "I made that bitch famous" but kanye and Kim recorded the phone call and edited like Taylor was lying. Then some time ago after this album came out, someone that worked for kanye/kim (anonymously) released the full unedited phone recording that proved kanye/kim were lying garbage!
