Karfiol je zdravo povrće,spremam ga često,obavezno stavim u supu,ali napravim komplet obrok od manje glavice koju blanširam,zatim cvetove složim u podmazanu posudu,narendam kačkavalj,začinim pre toga solju,biberom i zapečem u rerni kratko.Može da se prelije umućenim jajima i pavlakom,ali je nepotrebno.
