You want proper fried rice, look to the chinese.....

If its ameriacn, its over seasoned, over spiced, over cooked as is most of your food.
Prawns have a very subtle flavour. You want to taste the prawns not seasoning.
You might as well use chicken if all you want is protein.
I found it overwhelmingly seasoned. Basically all it needed is a splash of Soy.
