The textures in cake decor look very impressive😍
We covered the cake with ganache. Then spreaded the chocolate on the plate and let it freeze.
Formed "ruffles" with a spatula.
With thin splashes of chocolate, created a texture all over the cake.
Afterwards we added ruffles, beads, and colored them with candurin.
