Hope you have a super break . Miss you though but just wanted to say you don’t have to do anything exciting on camera you know. I would enjoy having a cup pa sat in your lovely home and chatting well about any topic you fancy. I’m like you a bit hectic sometimes and have a need for a few days peace . I’m still working at 70 and there are days when I think what am I doing lol . I enjoy it really but do get overtired sometimes.
Have you found people friends are all a bit different post lockdown ? I don’t know why but somehow some friends are just a bit more isolating these days . Anyhoo just a thought whilst having my coffee before going to work . Have fun Susie will be glad to see you back on screen xxx

Hi Suzi! Just thought I’d tell you about a fab 50’s retro style earring designer from Belgium. You might probably already know, but it’s called Glitzomatic. Bought some fun, inexpensive earrings from there recently. Cannot stop wearing them! That’s not like me. 😀 They’re so light and wearable. I bought the ‘bad girl hoop’ earrings. Apparently very Audrey Hepburn in Sabrina. 😎

It may be worth having your anxiety checked out by a Dr.. They may get you to wear a heart monitor for the day to make sure there are no other reasons for the racing heart.

That’s a very good point that we are all suffering from PTSD… We don’t know what’s going to happen from one day to the next etc. Cetera that makes sense… I too am suffering from insomnia… Gosh, sleep is golden isn’t it?!
