Thank you! Coffee tastes great and the YETI tumblers keep it hot. But, they are very hard to keep clean (I use polident, and dishwashing soap and the dishwasher) and I think add a metallic taste. What do you recommend?
ОтветитьLove the way you washed the stirrer with the water. It shows you are efficient, thoughtful, intelligent.
ОтветитьThat was very clear but both of your spokespeople used the phrase "go ahead and" way too many times.
It is never necessary to add the words "go ahead and" to a sentence. It adds no meaning.
Next time say your sentences without using that phrase! You will see it is clearer.
You're welcome!
ale pierdolenie z dupy, zalewasz kawe i czekasz . ja pierd....
ОтветитьI I have a french fries from this company and the glass is fine but the handle broke how can I get a new metal part with the handle I cried several times and calling the number no one answers do anyone know the email so I can let them know please let me know or where I can buy a new one what store or what store I can get this
ОтветитьYeaaaahhh man
ОтветитьI'm a process person and this video missed at least two points. First, "French Press" setting for grinding the beans means nothing to someone who is grinding with a simple grinder that has no settings. So, what is the grind? Fine? Coarse? Something in between? If too fine, more ground coffee will enter your cup of coffee when poured. Please be more definitive. Second, there is no mention of the French press itself, its parts, how it works, how to place the top so that the strainer is oriented to the pouring point and will prevent most of the ground bean from entering your cup of coffee. How does one clean a coffee press? If you are truly a novice at this, you don't know these finer points about how to use a press.
ОтветитьI just boil water, pour it over the coffee grounds, stir the hell out of it with an iced tea spoon, and put on the cap. Let it sit for TEN minutes. Then plunge.
ОтветитьFinally! I made the best french press coffe I've ever had this morning. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьThis video is 3 years old so I don't know if anybody's going to see my question, I did scroll through about twenty questions and I didn't see anybody ask so it's probably a dumb question but to practice can I use already ground coffee you buy at the supermarket? Or will it just taste terrible? Oh and I found a French press in a cabinet I was cleaning out, I have no idea where it came from but it was cool looking so I Googled it, I had no idea what it was but I thought I had to do with coffee 😁 ☕ Thank you
ОтветитьCan you make cold brew with this?
ОтветитьWhat is French press grind? My grinder doesn’t have that “setting”.wtf?
ОтветитьWhy is everything so damn complicated f**** coffee drink the damn thing you don't apply mathematics and geometry Jesus
ОтветитьMixing metric with imperal. Mad recipe.
ОтветитьYou forgot key info for those who don’t know. I know to use coarse grounds but most people don’t have a “French press” setting on their grinder.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьHi do you pour the coffee with French down ?
ОтветитьI'll try it with the bustello thanks 😊
ОтветитьI think you meant to say 7 oz of coffee for every 4 oz of water to make the proper/perfect cup of coffee...;) The huevos of some people using words like proper or perfect for anything that is individually subjective... for shame. Can't know things impossible to know, things that are determined upon measurement.
ОтветитьHow could you not talk about the ground size? It's the most important part before making any coffee.
ОтветитьFrench Press is nice but it's alot of work someone on the go.
ОтветитьGreat info, I hadn't been doing that 30-second bloom part. It's no fun getting the grounds out afterwards. The debate in our home is if it's ok to rinse the grounds down the kitchen sink ("it cleans the pipes"..."yeah but what about the environment?") or throw away in the trash. What are other viewers doing? One interesting use is to take a small scoop of grounds and mix with liquid soap for a satisfying hand scrub. Rinses clean and no smell.
ОтветитьI want a cup of her 😃
ОтветитьI’ve recently bought the Bodum French coffee press & the instructions say to use coarse coffee. What is this exactly? Thank you🙏
ОтветитьWhat happens if the grounds are too fine?
ОтветитьAm I the only one weird enough to wonder why he’s mixing grams with ounces?
ОтветитьA coffee spoon per cup, a soup spoon per mug. I stir the stuff with a pair of chopsticks and there we go !
Ответитьfirst time trying it and all the coffee grains ended up in my coffee cup when I poured it. So the included instructions do not adequately train you to use it not does the latte frother that accompanies it on the walmart shelf.
ОтветитьSome of use can't have caffeine due to health issues so we drink decaf. It gives you the same taste and enjoyment. Thanks
ОтветитьGrams of coffee per ounces of water. Could we pick one measurement system? Also who weighs their coffee?
ОтветитьI bought one because I didn't like cleaning my cheesecloth everytime . That's what I was using to strain my coffee. With the Bodum so much liquid stays in the container after brewing, I still have to strain the remainder with cheese cloth. Arghh, not much help. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьAnd it is going to taste exactly the same as if you just poured some water over it.
ОтветитьThis is my first ever coffee maker, my dear mom suggested it for me. This was a Better
Video then the one Bodlum made,
Good job and well presented
I've never saw this way to make coffe, I'm as a brazillian usually do this job using a filter, interesting man! Bona peti
ОтветитьDude, your technique is simply awesome. Nowadays, some have invented a technique that doesn't even bother pressing at all. Cheers
ОтветитьBeing a German, the mixing of Gramms and Ounces confuses me.
We only use the metric system here.
Thank God for this video! I have been making and enjoying coffee all wrong for nearly fifty years! As did my mother, and grandmother! How did I even live this long without the wisdom of hipsters and loads of expensive gear?
ОтветитьQuick question. Wouldn't brewing fir 4 minutes mean a colder cup of coffee? I.e. How would it retain its heat for 4 mins, which seems. Long time to me
Ответить7gm coffee for ounces of water? How about just staying with one measurement system or the other?
Ответитьwhat a load of pretentious self absorbed rubbish.
we working class types in england call the knobs that act this way ponces.
mental😛
7 gramms of coffee for every 4 ounces of water. Yep, pretty easy. Why even bother mixing metrical and non metrical units?
ОтветитьThis is great!! I will not buy k cups!!I am done! Like they have cut strength so much it doesn't matter what brand you buy keurig k cups have lost there taste!!! So I am back in control!! Nothing like Boehm French press!!! Thanks
ОтветитьThis is so helpful. Muchas gracias 🌷
ОтветитьFive minutes works best for me.
ОтветитьJust got mine today, my keurig died. 😆 but this way cool, Colombian Dunkin was so good 👍 awesome video
ОтветитьHow come my coffee comes out tasting like nothing.. pretty much
Ответитьare u selling product or giving information? Is this a mini infomerical?
ОтветитьThis was a wonderful video, thank you! I always fill my press near the top (I usually leave 1/2 inch). I never get grounds but I do get extremely fine coffee at the last cup (which I actually enjoy). I also like 1/2 a level cup of ground dark roast in my 34 oz Chambord (equal to 2 Tbsp per 8 oz water). I should try a medium grind instead of medium-fine and see how it goes.
