If you want a real lesson from a professional I've been operating blade for twenty years
ОтветитьWhere is the toe & heal?
ОтветитьTevery first thing you said was three points of contact; Then youlet go with both hands when climbing up into the cab, Tut, Tut. Tut.
ОтветитьCan you please do a video with a older grader like the CAT 140G? Or any other grade with all the levers.

ОтветитьGOOD VIDEO
ОтветитьHello thank you very much for this video.
ОтветитьI always like your explanation, what is your name sir
ОтветитьI have watched a lot of videos where people have been operating motor graders, and i have always thought it would terrify me if someone asked me to operate one, but after seeing this video it doesnt seem so bad
ОтветитьYou can also use the rear steer articulation and do a popsicle turn if you’re in tight quarters to grader the other way if you don’t want to reverse.
ОтветитьI Am A Excavator Operator.I Am Fascinated With This.I Am Definitely Learning This
Machine...
You should see the clowns they got operating grader in RM 11 here in Saskatchewan. Don't think they ever seen a grader before
ОтветитьI am so surprised to see a Ruston Paving unit!
I grew up in Central NY and knew Diane Ruston, the daughter of the wealthy family the owned the company, along w/ their fantastical 25 acre lake-front estate on Syracuse-area Skaneateles Lake, “LakeLand”…
Diane was a beautiful blonde young lady and a group of us all attended Syracuse University, back in the mid-80s.
IIRC, their entire fleet of virtually every type of heavy construction equipment was painted in the baby-blue motif, as her mom (or grandma?) hated the usual CAT yellow….
Who’da thunk that some +36 yrs later, a random YT video in my queue would open up a flood gate of youthful memories….
The way I love this machine, despite people telling me it's meant for the males only,I still went ahead and gave it a try and guess what,it has been my greatest achievement ever🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьWow teaching sir please help me am a grader operator from Nigeria please help me am looking grader job
Ответитьin a couple days im going to to start training on a grader. This video helped with some of the basics. Good to know before i jump aboard. thanks for this video
ОтветитьLearning how to operate a leeboy and Nor am 65e finishing small parking lots
ОтветитьAttitude folks, need major attitude and be as cranky as possible to be good on a grader. Swear as much as your mouth can move. Lol. Tell everyone around within hearing distance to go f—- themselves hourly. Lol... been a grader operator for almost 20 years and on a grade crew for much longer. Not much stupidity I haven’t seen. Really not a bad job once you’re used to everyone standing around watching the only one working.
ОтветитьOver the years in chronological order I’ve been on the 120G,140G, Champion 720 & 740 Series II, III, IV, and V, Volvo G730 & G740, Cat 14 & 16M, my latest ‘ride’ is a 6WD John Deere 772GP. I think back to the Cat 14E & F models my father ran when I was a kid and wonder what he’d think of todays machines.
ОтветитьMan those joy sticks would throw me off. Give me the normal levers…
ОтветитьHe literally didn't use 3 points of contact. He released both hands
ОтветитьI like seeing a cat in blue color
ОтветитьOur grader can swing the blade up sideways to do walls. Very fun
ОтветитьI like it when you say um not an expert, but you nailing it bro👌
ОтветитьThank God you've got your safety vest on! We wouldn't have been able to see you otherwise.🙄
ОтветитьThis is a good video. I liked it, but I don't think you should call it "how 2 run a motor grader" or whatever you named it. You should call it something like getting 2 know a grader or my first exam in a grader, something like that. You do have some useful info as far as what lever does what, but all your suggestions on how 2 use it and why 2 do what are not very accurate other then "stick time and feel it in the seat". Like I said, I think it's a good video and has the potential 2 help someone, but calling it how 2 might give someone the wrong idea and they could think that's the way you need 2 do things when most of what you said is not very accurate. You need more "stick time" lol before you say this is how you do it
ОтветитьI just want to know who ruined that motorgrader by painting that ugly ass blue
ОтветитьHow much is that training cost?
ОтветитьEstoy agarrando conocimiento y buen lección
ОтветитьHello
I'm a big fan.
Can I ask you a question?
Can you find me a jop in Saudi Arabia?
Am looking for that in my life where can I find you ,
ОтветитьYou are doing a great job, almost all the machines in the world
ОтветитьLove my 160m. Funny they call the clutch pedal the inching pedal
8F 6R for gears
Wearing a Kumatsu logo on your vest when running a Cat grader is classic
Ответитьwhy do you fire up the machine without letting it start the systems? you are supposed to let the system fire up and then check for errors if there are non start the machine.
ОтветитьBeen on all types of mother graders 35 years now and for the last 15 years been on caterpillar best machine out there need some pointers contact me
ОтветитьStick time is worthless unless the person knows how to construct with the machine in productive manner.
ОтветитьBit surprised it is not automatic.
ОтветитьPlease I want operate an excavator
ОтветитьNice. I thought the grader was photoshopped for clickbait. I hate the yellow color all manufacturers use. It's all just different shades of piss!
Ответитьtrue, real tough to explain, I don't catch you
ОтветитьGood.ustad
Ответить12 years experience in grader looking for a job anywhere
ОтветитьThanks for this video I’ve been hauling for 3.5 years for United Rentals and just today hauled my first motor grader!
ОтветитьFirst time seen this baby in action ...
THX
I just need to correct you about blade pitch, roll forward for cutting roll back for fine trimming, think of it as a dozer
You pitch a dozer blade forward to bite more
This great machine has a lot of functionality.. hopefully I could own one for funny purposes
