I recomand Gola su goroppu The Gola Gorropu is a gorge in the Supramonte Mountains of the island of Sardinia, in the municipalities of Urzulei and Orgosolo in the province of Nuoro. With walls up to 500 meters high, it is one of the deepest gorges in Europe.
And also a cool hike is in the Giara di Gesturi there you can See wild Horses and also cows 😊

but NEVER rent a car at "Auto One" Company. They ar big time cheaters.

Alghero is totally Spanish. Catalan, and it's different to every other place in Sardinia, for their roots (not Genoa, as Castelsardo is (the place where was filmed the Disney's movie "The little mermaid" )). They still talk in Catalan NOW!!

Sono nato a Baunei e ho avuto la fortuna di poter nuotare e pescare nella sua costa più di quarant'anni fa, quando era assolutamente solitaria e sconosciuta. Mi fa piacere che sia diventata così famosa e che possa essere apprezzata in tutto il mondo. Vorrei soltanto che le località che visitate siano nominate con il loro vero nome e non con storpiature accettate per pigrizia. Quindi eliminate anzitutto il nome Cala davanti al nome del luogo; le spiagge dal Capo di Monte Santo verso Gonone si chiamano Goloritzè, Ispuligidenie (no Mariolu), Biriala, Sisine ed Elune. Per me comunque il posto più bello di tutti è la spiaggia sassosa di Forrola, tra Pedra Longa e la cascata di Baus; ci sono stato tante di quelle volte che ne conosco il fondale pietra per pietra; mi ricordo di una spigola pescata nell'ormai lontano gennaio 1976 ...........
