ОтветитьI've got some sciatica relief for For her And it's a special type
ОтветитьGood to know. I'm self diagnosed Sciatic patient. I do push ups of my kitchen counter. Head looking up feet back and arch my back. I do 15 at a time. But some people may have to gently work up to that. But it really offers relief. I have neuroma in both of my feet. I wonder if somehow this condition is connected to each other?
ОтветитьHi thanks I have pain n numbness in my right leg n foot
Hopefully your exercises will help
Dr. Kristie, you seriously are so beautiful! Ok I'll stop 🤣😍😍
Ответитьen·er·vate
verb
/ˈenərˌvāt/
cause (someone) to feel drained of energy or vitality; weaken.
"the heat enervated us all"
Why r u yelling at the microphone?
ОтветитьKristie Enus is as much a doctor as Dr Phil
ОтветитьWhy is it that non medical doctors always emphasize the Dr in their title ?
ОтветитьHow long should it take to heal a pinched nerve?
ОтветитьHi Kristie, Yesterday I was just folding the sheets slowly and the moment I bent down a little to rich a drawer I felt pain in my back on the right side around the waist and down a little.. The pain got extremely strong when I wanted to get up from bed at 3 am and all the household heard my screaming!! :( :( I couldn't sit, move, walk or even do anything movement without huge pain that even last when I didn't move. Now it is evening and the pain is less after using heating pad all the day, but still pain and still hard to walk or straighten my back completely! The pain is even in my right leg and foot until waist. This is the second time I got that in about 1,5 month, before that never happened. I live in NC and am new here in the country. I don't know where to go and who I ask. I barely trust doctors and absolutely don't want to go a bad one. Do you have any idea about what was the reason of that sudden pain and where to find the right place for help? Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat if I have equal pain in both legs?
ОтветитьChristie I do these. This has helped me so much.
ОтветитьThank you so much. Sciatica sucks but its manageable.
ОтветитьDr Kristie this great thank you

ОтветитьHi. I’m a recent subscriber and like your videos. I had right sided sciatica and tried several months of PT before finally giving in to a microdiscectomy. I have a few questions.
ОтветитьHello Dr Kristie- I have been working on these exercises and it appears I have the reverse of your diagnosis. Leaning over causes no pain, but leaning back to open the spine does. I know from an MRI I have lost some height in one of my S disks. Do you have exercises or a video that addresses this condition?
ОтветитьLiar
ОтветитьViewed your other video on how to determine the difference between Sciatica pain and Piriformis pain and then scrolled through your videos to find this one today. Thankyou , grateful
ОтветитьWill these help with piriformis and how many times a day should I do these…
ОтветитьCan I
ОтветитьIf you have 2 kleenex, . Now . And . Ready ?
ОтветитьCan I kiss your feet?
ОтветитьDue to both knees and hip replacement, I am unable to get on floor. Can these be done properly on the bed? I have one collapsed vertebrae and bulging disks.
ОтветитьI seem to have heard your name as 'Crusty Anus'! So sorry for that.
ОтветитьGood info, maybe work on your audio. Sounds like you're yelling into my ears.
ОтветитьThank you so much! Nice exercises. You are beautiful.
ОтветитьGood mornig
ОтветитьSo if pain down the front of the thigh is NOT siatica, what is it? And do you have a video for that?
Ответить💞💞💖💓💓💕
ОтветитьDon’t waste your time with these exercises take tumeric with black pepper
ОтветитьWish she was more physical Therapist
ОтветитьDo I have to say tummy? Shift happens... lol Helpful and entertaining.
Ответитьthese are great tips - been doing these for decades, those of us who can't take pills were forced to rely on these methods to get by in life. We could have been opiate addicts but thank God our bodies didn't allow it... And we are old but in great shape now because we use these methods over pills chemicals and becoming couch potatoes.
And they're not as big as a deal as they look when she's doing them - once you get them down they're quick. Habit
Ice, heat, ice - work out enough to lift your entire skeletal system, keep it from shrinking, losing height, or none of this will work long term.
As soon as our skeletal system starts to compress, everything goes out of whack.
Years ago, I was facing deep poverty with four kids...(yeah child supports a joke) I spent 4 months rotating heat and ice on my back cuz I HAD to work and boy, did that change my life!
Ice shrinks it back down, the heat relaxes things back into place, the ice keeps it there
You don't need to be using freezing ice locking your back - keep bags of frozen peas handy. Work your way up to it - this really seriously works. Pills will just send you to bed, make it worse and you're done.
Splitting wood, working in the yard, I will often have a frozen bag of peas down my back! I'm strengthening my back splitting wood, while the peas keep the nerves tendons and muscles from inflammation and in place
If you have to use something for mobility to get around, try avoiding canes cuz they throw you out of whack, throw off your center of balance and the body will start falling into that bad compensation habit-
stick to a walker at home
or a tall hiking stick which keeps you standing up straight, looking forward
Canes are the worst thing people use when they have an injured back. Especially when my sciatic nerve goes out.. it just pulls everything in the wrong direction, makes us lazier and worse off
Stand up!
What was she saying???
ОтветитьThanks Doc.. I'll give it a try. I'm 59 and still play sports, mainly disc golf but at times my sciatica does stiffen up on me before I go work out. I do floor stretching exercises in mornings but I can add this on for my game.
ОтветитьMust be around 15-20 years ago I suffered badly with Sciatica in my right leg, at nighttime the only way I could get some relief was to hang the right leg out the side of the bed. It wasn’t until I had surgery, by a marvelous surgeon, that I felt somewhat normal again, even up till today I am free from the pail. I can’t imagine any exercises could relieve the pain permanently, certainly makes life bearable, but if your nerve is being compressed, in my humble opinion, that compression will have to be released, and I don’t see any other way bar surgery. Be very selective just who you get to operate on you. I wish all of you sufferers the best and give some serious thought to what I said about surgery as a permanent solution to the problem.
ОтветитьThanks
I feel better
8 minute video to show a 30 second exercise……
Ответитьwith your body on the bottom quarter of the screen, it is totally obscured by the closed caption, FYI
ОтветитьMan you make me wanna work out
ОтветитьOk be smart....FORCE your Dr to get an MRI for you...this BS of PT is what Insurance requires.....it took the Medical Community 6 YEARS to get me a MRI....with final diagnosis of Spinal Stinosis.......I missed 3 vacations and once when to the emergency room twice in one day....a lot of pain.....the only thing that bailed me out was a Cortisone shot (< Dr was great...took only seconds ..no pain just some pressure) Cortisone shots can work-not work.......I have been fortunate cause I've been pain free for 2 years....we have to be caretakers of our body....good luck...!!!
ОтветитьWish I could have made it through all the personal preamble. Finally gave up without learning the exercise!!!!!
ОтветитьFinally exercises easy to understand
ОтветитьI also like to utilize the Barnes-Myofascial Release method to help with any mobility restrictions for stretching.
Great video, Thanks
Can I do this exercise for hip pain?
