Series producer Moustapha Akkad once said he believed that the only thing that would ever truly kill Michael Myers would be if he died at the box office; well, this is the movie that almost finally did that to him!
The movie still has its merits, but one thing I really hated about it was that it had Laurie die right at the beginning of it-- first Rachel and then Jamie earlier in the series, and now Laurie. I hate when horror movies do that with important protagonists, especially in such trivial manners (dying right at the beginning of the movie after hardly a fight).

I just liked the first trilogy(h1, h2 and h4) and the last from 2018.

All jokes about this movie aside, can we talk about how smart, cunning, and strategic Michael is here? To mimic the movements of the paramedic Laurie accidentally killed the last movie to lure her close to him knowing she would HAVE to be sure it was really Michael.

I can understand people not liking Halloween Ends, but Resurrection is still the worst in the franchise.

Idk how anyone can think Ends is the worst movie in the franchise when this has one of the worst retcons in cinematic history and completely botches what should have been a huge moment in this franchise.
