Dunno why people are so uptight about this movie.
It's obvious that the writers and the director are taking creative liberties. This was never designed to be a "Passion of the Christ". It was never meant to be "realistic".
In my opinion, for a biblically inspired FANTASY story, it's pretty good and shows the potential the Bible has if you let your God-given imagination run while reading it.
Just take it for what it is, it doesn't have to be gospel, the gospels have already been written after all.
