I used Dan’s exact script. I wrote everything down and practiced for a few days before my interview and when it came I nailed it! I could see it in the interviewer’s eyes. Once I ended by asking ‘is this along the lines of what you’re looking for?’, it was game over. Got offered the job less than 24 hours later and higher salary than what I expected. Thank you Dan! You taught a man to fish.

Regardless of what your experience is, this question is intimidating. The last time I was asked I had 3 Russians looking at although they were really friend.

Hi this video us very helpful to me but i have one question in my mind i clearly know what i am going to say nd what i have to tell people but when i communicated with them i always did lots of mistakes and made them confused. I am very weak to communicate with others i need some help

And after you give the interviewer a great performance you can say "oh and by the way, did I mention I'm also a good backstabber, that I'm after your job, that I steal company information and clients to start my own business? That I'm a habitual liar. No? I didn't mention those things? Good then." Welcome to the real world of overrated interviews.

And that is why most company employees are underqualified, yet their bosses believe they are qualified. Yes they are qualified, to do 5 hours of work in 8 hours, to give a great interview but poor performance. If interviews alone were successful at finding good candidates then why are so many of your coworkers, past and present, underqualified and have attitude and character problems? Because they know how to hide it during interviews, but they cannot hide it for too long.
