Wait. Guy comes to PD, turns himself in without a reported incident. Claims accident. Police find exactly what he describes. Charged for FIRST DEGREE MURDER. Pleads NOT guilty. Judge finds guilty of FIRST degree murder...
I feel like I'm missing something. Shouldn't it be manslaughter? First degree implies intention, premeditated.
That's really some Dostoevsky
Ответитьwhy is bro laughing
ОтветитьIts disturbing even tho the guy confessed to a murder it still didnt matter, he got almost a lifetime in prison so basically almost the same as if he didnt confess. Whats the point of confessing to something noone knows if you still get the same sentence?
Dont get me wrong, I dont believe it was an accident. You dont have a preloaded gun and point it at someone and pull the trigger all by accident. If it was really an accident he wouldnt even think for 1 minute before calling for help (even if he knew she was dead)
Who points a gun at someone “jokingly” you don’t point a locked n loaded gun at someone for sh*ts n giggles
ОтветитьHe really made them look stupid.
ОтветитьDang he turned himself in and still got 33 years.
ОтветитьMilwaukee really has a Problem with psychos
ОтветитьHe didn't call an ambulance and didn't report the incident to anyone, but I still want to say that he was a good person. In most situations like that, the survival instinct to avoid legal judgment naturally comes into play. Who would want to be punished? He must have been conflicted about what to do.
However, he eventually decided to follow his conscience and showed up at the police station to face the judgment of the law. He proved what kind of person he is through his own actions. That's not ordinary courage. He's a real man.
Yall ain't no damn horses
Ответитьman this was just bad luck and negligence, if he just didnt point or have his finger on the trigger she wouldnt have lost her life and its pretty clear it seems like he didnt mean for it to happen... he just messed up
i aint saying lower his sentence*
confesses to murder
Pleads not guilty
Can someone more familiar with how courtrooms work explain this to me, please?
The cop was slow 😂😂😂
ОтветитьPermission??? WTH ?u dont needed it now. Hell you got probable cause. How you going to comend someone that killed another? Like her life didn't mean shit! Its disgusting they treat him like a hero or something. He's a lying. Had it been an accident he wouldn't got rid of gun nor trying cleaning up.
ОтветитьWhy did the asshole cop ask why do they keep coming to the district…. Ummm you’re absolutely right sir they need to let y’all do your job and come find them.
ОтветитьSo it wasnt an accident. He did it in anger and took a while to realise he's not going to get away and will be hunted and arrested in the most horrible way and probably get the death sentence. Survival instincts.
ОтветитьNobody rushing to check if she may be alive ...head shot or not😮
ОтветитьI'm actually shocked they gave him that much time
He deserved life, but I figured they were gonna give him a bigger break for the confession
Damn
Nice kick Mongo
I like these old houses though
ОтветитьTakes a hell lot of courage to walk up into a police department and confess to a shooting just like that - wonder if it contributes to a lesser sentence since he technically enacted his own plea deal?
ОтветитьShe relaxed.
You never relax around them.
Even if you are one of them.
These idiots get the keys but break down the door because they're too stupid to figure out how to unlock it.
ОтветитьWhat the hack! The reason why I don’t wanna visit America 🇺🇸 is the gun🙄
ОтветитьWhat a shocker this must have been. I dont know whether to be mad at the dude or not!!?? What a strange deal and those cops remained calm. And did that big ass cop kick the door in?? Thats not a cheap trailer house door by the way!! Damnnnn!!
Its uncertain if this was an accident or not. Its not gun violence tho young lady its people killing people mostly your own community members not the guns. Stop blaming everything and everyone else!! Thats not meant to be mean but its a fact no less!!
That’s a good man
ОтветитьIs the sponsor a Ground News clone or is Ground News a clone of the other?
ОтветитьWhy do I get the feeling if he was white he would’ve got way less time. Like 20 years.
ОтветитьWhy leave him seating there, put him in a room at least or a cop car.
Ответитьwhy the officer in the back cuffing the suspect sound like playboi carti
ОтветитьHolyshiticant.
ОтветитьI don’t like the sound of “horsing around” especially not with a gun involved.
Ответитьwtf the officer smiling at ! wow
Ответитьbro jokingly pointed a loaded gun to his gfs head..... insane
ОтветитьSecret In His*
Learn common sense!
Why people shouldn't have guns.... And especially if this was an accident, it's terrible. Also if children find guns and accidently shoots it. So sad.
ОтветитьI've never subscribed to any channel with videos of this kind, before now, but I really appreciate the way you tell the stories and also the afterthoughts. Very informative. I also appreciate that the officers I've seen involved so far, seems to have good people skills and act decent even around people who have committed some horrific crimes.
Ответить"Milwaukee police, we know your in here announce yourself" Nigga didn't he say she was dead. Who y'all speaking to?
Ответить"Man hides horrifying secret in his basement" Is it really a secret? he seems pretty open about it
ОтветитьThe friendly Milwaukee accents crack me up
Ответить“This is my life forever now” that’s some heavy shit
ОтветитьNote to self: If I ever find myself hiding from the Police and they start yelling "WE KNOW YOU ARE IN HERE!" They don't really know I am in here or not in here.
Ответитьtest
ОтветитьHello
ОтветитьHi

ОтветитьHow are you play fighting and the gun go off?
