I should really say boat men as it is mostly men fleeing war, they leave their women and children in Africa to fight the war while the men are safe in Europe.

sahara is moroccan currently and for ages . the issue is with its independance . Algeria never claimed to own the sahara as morocco and Algeria were once the same country . the issue is the independance of a minority community of sahara people that is encouraged by Algerian government . moroccan people and algerian poeple have no harsh feelings with one another

But like everyone is saying, Africa is so diverse and because of that, she isn't a representation of all Africans.
