The very first time I tried spam was in Hawaii in 2017 and it was a spam musubi … I loved it! My first bite I was amazed how delicious it was! I was walking around Waikiki enjoying my spam sushi. I need to make this so it takes me back 😍☀️🌺

Europeans: A good brand of rice cooker is Reishunger, made in Germany (can be easier to get than SE Asian brands). Just get the basic 40€/£ one.

My moms has had the same rice cooker since 2003 and it’s still running strong.

I made spam musubi for the first time recently. I added a couple of sticks of cucumber. Very nice added crunch.
