I have a big chest...i kinda like It but It look a bit like tiddies my shoulder suck...and the most aestetic muscle are the delts a well rounded shoulder thath cover thath bony point and bulge over the arm look awesome...Lats too make you look wider more v shaped and the back muscle Shape Is sick, then the arms big arms look fantastic but still should be proporzionated to the shoulders and delts... Then the legs..big legs look spectacular but no One notice them unless you walk around wearing speedos..chest Is overrated but should be Atleast big enought to cover the ribs...calves when the calves are huge make the body look to stubby..then traps in my opinion dont look good make the shoulders look less Wide..

Bro you can have a pretty large chest by doing push ups and you don't need any equipment for that

There chests where not that flat, it’s only flat in comparison to todays bodybuilders. If anything there cheats where trained for strength and conditioning and not hypertrophy.

its mostly because they trained in power lifts. They mainly perform standing overhead movements or training in fighting and wrestling and so they ended up with a smaller chest. And the greeks did have gym, in fact they had daily training cycles called tetras where they would perform weight training, a form of cardio and martial arts training in an every day cycle. Kind of like a ppl split but everyday.
