My favorite scene was when the group went to a cabin during the winter and Eric & Donna and Kelso & Jackie were playing some game and Eric just randomly says “Eskimo kiss” and he gives one to Donna. I couldn’t stop laughing.

There is absolutely no way that Eric getting sprayed with the hose was unscripted. That set was built on a sound stage and that hose would not have been connected to water unless they planned to use it that day. You don't make props functional, unless the script calls for it. Spraying water on a stage takes planning as it could easily ruin elements of the set. I know, because that's my job. Also, actors get a pay bump for getting wet on camera so that would have to be something approved beforehand.
