Thanks for sharing the car cruise/show, seeing Slayer and Big Wave together was awesome! Loved seeing the hike/scenic view at the Mugu Rock area too. 🍻
ОтветитьCould use a paint job guys! Paint it to its orginal paint color.
ОтветитьPoverty caps 😂 shout out to Derek on VGG
ОтветитьThat Ford Falcon wagon looked nice.
ОтветитьIt has been a while that i have gone to that car show. Thanks for sharing. I do remember it was hard to find parking. but worth the walk.
ОтветитьLove the paint. Thanks for.the memory.
Memories, actually.
Short version:
I bought a Chevelle to come to her rescue.
As she looks out the hotel window...
"Which car is it?"
Me: "It's 2 tone. Blue and rust."
That Pontiac needs to be turned into a GTO. If you can find a 389 V8 engine with 6 barrel setup you are so golden. It's also begging for a 4 speed.
ОтветитьShould try some shine juice from vice grip garage on it
ОтветитьPerfect beautiful amazing car thanks friend good morning
ОтветитьThis was a great episode! I learned a lot of pro-tips from y'all. Y'all are inspiring and what many of us hope to find in a partner. Plus y'all taught us about that trail on PCH. I never knew that was the original road and that you can take that path as a trail to a great view. Much Love to y'all and your journey. May we cross paths one day. Brandon- 1974 El Camino - Named "Grand Daddy"
ОтветитьJust kinda over PATINA
ОтветитьBeautiful view where is that
ОтветитьNice to see you using non-traditional tricks (linseed oil) to replenish the oils in the old paint. A 1971 Skylark owner with original paint here, and some patina, so been down similar roads! Linseed oil does wonders, for sure.
Ответитьshe is so sweet.....
Ответитьcamaro is ok, but doesnt come no where near close to any cuda, mopar or no car....
Ответитьhave maaco paint it an go get that 71 cuda...
Ответитьshe looks delicious an needs a mopar, sell the pony ack.......
ОтветитьWon't the linseed oil just attract dust and dirt ?
Ответитьput the original colored paint job on the PONTIAC , its too nice to be urgly.
ОтветитьPromo`SM 😂
ОтветитьThe poverty caps are real era. No one in my crowd in that time went cruising with their nuts showing.
ОтветитьFor me, the hardest part about watching any of your videos is ignoring all of the inspiration and sitting still for the whole thing. I get pumped up and want to get up and out to my own project! Every single time.
ОтветитьGreat job girls! From Michigan you rock!
ОтветитьI WANT TO SEE YOU DOING HUNTING WITH YOUR DYNAMIC
ОтветитьBeautiful video. I love ❤️ classic oldies. Wheels .
ОтветитьGives the car a meaner look without the poverty caps on! Otherwise loving the car 🤘🏼❤ I own the 98 lincoln mark viii and have been fixing her up! 💯
ОтветитьI love the poverty caps!!!
ОтветитьPretty cool car
ОтветитьThat's cool that you took your Tempest to a car show, I hope you plan on painting it to stop it from rusting. I haven't been following your channel, where was the car show and cruise night held at?
ОтветитьWe used to beat those muscle cars up back in the early 70's. They were cheap to buy used and when we got done with them they were rattle boxes, we did the usual bolt on upgrades, manifold, double pumpers, accel or mallory ignitions, headers, traction bars, B&m and Hurst shift kits, etc. It was fun, rolled a number of them, but I dont miss having one, they are really built cheaply. This is a time when the Sheriff would bust us and make us pour our beer out and drive home if we were hell raising too much and got caught.
I preferred the mustangs with 289's or the 390's, the 390's pulled well but were heavy in the steering but we just blasted 1/4 mile drags on friday and Saturday night in Petaluma on Lakevill highway where we marked out the section of road with white paint, or somebody did anyway. It happens to be where they also later filmed The Lucas film American Graffiti drag race scene at the end of the movie. I'm kind of an OG in the cruising era I guess, even though it was going on since the 50's
really like your good vibes Liv. And the adventure you went on looked like fun, although I got a little woozy on that hike and the drop off. Sorry , no offense but I'm not big on the poverty caps. Excellent an Liv is beautiful. thanks..jf in Iowa.
ОтветитьShine Juice is what Vice Grip Derick calls it. Add wd40 as well. Love how you guys have teamed up your content's cool.
ОтветитьYou could D.A. sand it and spray it with a satin clear.
ОтветитьI like 👍 the hub caps on the the 🚗 I like 👍 old cars 🚘 they are so cool 😎 you’ll have a great day 😮
ОтветитьCamarillo car show👍🏻
ОтветитьVery cool! hope to cruise with you soon!
Ответитьohc6! way cool little temper.
ОтветитьJust paint it then you won't have to mess with any of that lol
ОтветитьI know my opinion doesn't matter to you but "i hate patina " Shiney ass with crome turns heads and forget these guys that like flat black theres something wrong with them
ОтветитьLooks like you need to repair some gauges.
ОтветитьLol go ahead line them 2 up and punch it let's rip
ОтветитьI see people putting clear on there cars like yours this is a new thing i don't get it only old school look the begining of the car kept original times are changing
ОтветитьI live on the east coast . I was surprised at how few the representation of Plymouth is in your Part of the country when I seen the dealer selling classic cars video. In our part of the country It is all about being the Quickest. A Plymouth with a Hemi under the hood has been King until the new SRT Mopars came out. With the new Super charged hemi's and 8 speed automatic. I have owned 70 and 71 Cudas over the years. They have been hard to beat. I loved racing my stick 1970 cuda But when I started to build my last cuda with an 850hp Hemi I took advice from my engine builder and built an automatic. The stick cuda broke a lot of parts at 500hp the car ran high 11's . My last 71hemi cuda with an automatic runs high 9's and hasnt broke anything in the drive train. Stick is fun but no longer quick.
ОтветитьJust found you guys! Just subbed. I love your tempest! You guys area cool couple! Can’t wait for more content! Thanks!
ОтветитьPatina??? Spanish for surface rust.
ОтветитьAs a kid growing up i remember riding in folks car on that roadway around mugu rock..love your channel!!
ОтветитьThat car is so cool, I want to find a Tempest
ОтветитьYou guys rock!! Enjoy your channel and cars!!
ОтветитьThat was a lot of fun to watch. Great pair you two (the humans and the cars)
ОтветитьLike the rims and the caps...all very cool. Had a '78 Pontiac...still sad that GM shut them down.
