Do you pause at each take or take multiple records and combine them? How do you combine them?

I love you videos! I’m new to real estate and I’m feeling like a left behind millennial when it comes to tech lol.

What editing app are you using to compile all of the shots taken?

Great video. Any videos on how to edit these on your iPhone? Also how much to charge for this and/or instagram reels?

since you recording with your phone in horizontal, what do you do when you post the video on instagram/tik tok that uses vertical mode?

Back to watch this again in preparation for two shoots coming up - and there are a ton of great pointers. Main one for me is S L O W movement! Your short, slow clips keep the momentum going instead of lengthy shots. A beautiful home and you captured the magic of the exterior with the brilliant red foliage. Thank you for sharing your tips!!!!

Hi Taylor, thank you for all the amazing content over the years. I love your channel. I am having trouble when shooting real estate vids with my iPhone 13 Pro Max - the footage seems especially noisy when shooting at 60 fps (to be able to slow it down cinematically). And if I shoot at only 30fps to allow more light then I have the problem of unsmooth footage when slowing it down because of frame rate. I am even using the Noise reduction setting when using VN Editor to edit on my phone and the footage still doesn't look very good. Any tips?

Thanks for your video! I have a client that shows his real estate videos that I filmed on tv every Sunday. I use a Ronin rs2 and a canon R. I really don’t like how the videos turn out. Some how I can’t get the windows and the interior look good,
is either interior dark and nice window view or bright interior and blown out windows. Besides is getting way to heavy for a skinny 4’10 tall lady. My question is can I film with a phone and get it nice and good for TV?

That was absolutely excellent! I am so new to photography. I have a Canon R10 mirrorless and a Samsung 23 Ultra. I seem to favor the 23 Ultra as my go-to camera. I am going to do my first real estate shoot this coming weekend. It's our own property we're selling in the Texas Hill Country - so I've got time. Your instructional will help me get what I need. Thank you. 🤙🙏

Hey Taylor, do you turn HDR off or anything on your phone? For some reason when I upload real estate videos and then look at them on a windows desktop or smart tv they don't have the same warmth. I don't know how to explain it. They almost look white washed

where can I find someone to edit my videos? I want to outsource my video editing instead of learning on my own because it takes alot of time to learn.
