The thing that the Somali pirates need to do is to find a nerd with access to a computer with the ability to track each ship traveling in the seas. By doing this, they will have better access on which ships that can attack and which ones to stay clear of. Maybe if people understood the fate of the Somali people and how the international community led by the United States represses them and learned where and how they received their munitions, people would be in an uproar and would demand changes to be made. Serve them right. They admit the attack on the ship. Who cares if its a warship or a merchant ship. They have committed the offence of attack with fired arm and will be trialed accordingly in the court. Be ready to receive multiple charges 1. Attempting to kill and cause grievance hurt to all people on board with open fire armed attack 2. Attack on government navy soldiers 3. Attempt robbery and steal the entire ship 4. Attempting to abduct all people on board numbering each individual person and causing grievance. 5. Attempting to make high amount of ransom money threaten the government. These cases is enough to put them behind bars lifetime, attempt murder or killing (death penalty without parole)
