After watching this in 2019, I give major props to both the pilots for a spectacular landing and props for the coast guard who executed quickly and efficiently to get everyone to safety.

Sadly if this happened today it wouldn't make top story on CNN or MSNBC because they would to busy lambasting Trump over a weekend tweet....they would eventually get to the plane crash. Now if racism was involved in the crash or a metoo person was on board the downed plane or David Hoggs was found to be one of the survivors then yes it would be the lefts lead story.
