ОтветитьOkay so my rasgullas broke while boiling so i am gonna leave a few mistakes that i think i did or happened during the rasgulla making process so you dont make the same mistakes👍
1) i bought store made paneer
2) i think i kneaded it a tad bit too long since ghee came out during the boiling process.
3) i should have added a bit more flour but since i was not measuring anything i think i poured a little less than what i should have.
4) i made 6 rasgulla balls and boiled them in the syrup on induction stove (I dont know if that matters) but my rasgulls balls got a little stuck in my steel kadhai and broke during boiling and released ghee. i dont know why they got stuck maybe cause its induction idk🤷
5) i took them out earlier than the time advised by the chef when i noticed that they started breaking and directly put them in the syrup cause i couldnt risk them breaking further.
6) i tasted them after they had cooled down and they had great texture and flavour but it wasnt the most attractive rasgulla i have seen.
conclusion - i ended up with 5 delicious but a little gheey rasgullas and would make this recipe again hopefully successfully.
