murder is a heinous crime and thse involved are severely punished. taking jobs by corruption depriving genuine candidates are not simple thing. if an unsolved murder like crime is solved in any later period, those involved with the crime are not spared and take up as per IPC. Similarly job taken by corrupt way and detected in any later time, person involved should get punishement .if necessary retirement benefits should also be stopped.
