Hi is there a substitute for the flour in the PBand J cookie I cant have flour I use coconut flour or Almond flour or oator even bamboo fiber....also sub for honey and coconut sugar ....sorry but I really like these recipes ...I use monk fruit/allulose blend also just allulose and also sugar free maple syrup I do use banana, apple sauce also...thank you...Sorry ...Julianna NC
