i am not clear with seller financing. Seller wants to sell and get money. Now you say seller not only does get any money but also pay you to sell his business? I assume they sell because they need the money. If a business is 100k and seller funancing it, it means you have to pay them 200k plus the interest. What is your exit strategy if you do not make that money. Business should have strong market and customers. Also to generate more cash you need to spend on marketing. A 200k after deducting your own and your team salary,and cost shall be calculated paid off. Is the repayment of sellers financing calculated as an expense and deducted before tax?
