Hello Sir, I am from Bangalore & a newbie in terrace container gardening. I use organic manure/ fertilisers like vermicompost, dried cow dung, fish amino etc. therefore I see my plants produces small fruits and the plant itself does not grow very strong, I understand it is lack of some essential minerals that plants need. what you are mentioning here is chemical fertilisers isn’t it, will it harm my soil or produce in anyway. Is it good to use chemical fertilisers. Like to have more insights into this.

I have tried with these three vegetables, now it is appox 50 days, Brinjal is showing excellent growth, also chilly though tomato growth is good 60% of the plants were affected and destroyed with Bacterial wilt. Would you please advice the fertilizer ratio(with wick irrigation) for Ladies finger.

Sir, I am experimenting wick irrigation, what the problem I face is within three days one liter water is not consumed, I have two different systems, one as you suggested I have used two liter soda bottles, where as the other one is dedicated wick irrigation system having 6 liters of water in each storage, each one in different places but water consumption is basically same. Is it okay to add further fertilizer dissolved in small quantity of water and add to existing water?
