I think this service is stopped now.. coz I'm searching for this service for the last few days and it's not showing in the KSRTC website.. I checked till 18th June for both BNG and Panjim side but it's not showing. Pls let us know if you have any information about the reasons for stopping the Utsav service for this route.. As per my knowledge, this bus runs always at its full occupancy from both side.
