"If there is no struggle, there is no progress"- Fredrick Douglass
ОтветитьHey Psych2Go. Can you make a video about dyslexia and what it is please?
ОтветитьI m in both currently cause i m lately a little stressed
ОтветитьThis is my most favourite video by Psych2go so far. Thank you so much 💟
ОтветитьMy friend has a fixed mindset and it makes it rly hard to talk to him about hobbies like public speaking bc he thinks he cant improve. For example:
"Hey man, im just saying, add a little melody to your voice and it will make people want to put more attention towards you conversationally."
"NO, I CANT, this is MY VOICE. You CANT CHANGE YOURSELF."
:/
HEY GOOD MORNING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY I JUST WANTED TO STOP BY TO CHECK IN/ SEE HOW EVERYONE IS DOING , I BELIEVE THAT I DO HAVE SOME CONTROL OF MY LIFE. BUT THERE'S SOMETHING GREATER THAN ME, HAVE A BLESSED DAY 💯🙏💙💪
ОтветитьI really hope schools are at least showing this their students as a break from the terrible system 😮💨
ОтветитьExactly what I needed to see today. Thank you :-). Been shifting to more of a growth mindset the past couple of months and I already feel so much better!
ОтветитьThe progress bit is very true
ОтветитьI've always been worried and wanting to be perfect but thanks to Psych2go they help me a lot and today I have learned that Progess over perfection is good thing for your health and you won't have stress about anything. Thanks a lot Psych2go may God bless you ❤❤
ОтветитьI love these! Thanks!
ОтветитьThe movie you refer to at the beginning about the single father who struggles but finds success in a great job is a GREAT movie! For all interested, it is called "The Pursuit of Happyness" and it stars Will Smith as the hard-working father. Great attitude about life. Check it out! You will be happy you did! :)
ОтветитьInternal locus of control
Ответить“Acting on a positive mindset is what creates change.”
ОтветитьHow tough am I? I watched this entire video and I only cried for 20 minutes
ОтветитьThank you!!! I needed that today!!❤
Ответить❤
ОтветитьWow what a dream from homeless to millionaire. That's crazy!
ОтветитьYou are wonderful and you can be successful. Keep moving forward and stay healthy.
ОтветитьWhat if you have both mind-sets 🤔
ОтветитьTest
ОтветитьPerhaps you could do a video on how to shift to an abundance mindset during times of economic turbulence? i.e. scarcity and reduced opportunities are a real issue right now worldwide and it can be hard for people not to focus on that.
ОтветитьMindsets are personal tendencies. If you work on yourself and your potential, your continual progress will allow you to grow even better and faster. Habits stick, whether good or bad.
ОтветитьOk I’m just gonna say, this video made me cry in a good way, I really needed this with the day that’s been going on❤
ОтветитьPsych2Go has help me a lot back in 2020 it’s be so hard but getting better everyday❤❤❤ with anxiety and confidence in doing better for me. So thank you Psych2Go for what you do for your subscribers
ОтветитьIsn't that movie a disgusting glorification of capitalism though?
ОтветитьThat abundance mindset has honestly helped me in ways people don't even seem to realize. I give my kitten a home to be safe in, but I'm very happy to bring her out so the neighbors can enjoy having a cat in the neighborhood that they can dote on, and she knows several by voice alone and runs over to the window when they're near
ОтветитьThis hit the point on so many levels. Thanks 🙏🏼 from Nigeria 🇳🇬
Ответитьhaving an 'abundance' mindset is actually kinda toxic - means everyone is replaceable, can always get more of something and dont value anything! "Always having more" is not something one should seek, practicing gratitude and being greatful is something completly different.
ОтветитьAll 3 mindsets are perfect examples to give my father a very big life lesson:
Abundance Mindset: Everytime I'm at college, I usually see my classmates as friends, not enemies. Therefore, I believe everyone can succeed, we just need to remind ourselves that we're all in this together.
Growth Mindset: I used to be bad at certain things, for example drawing. Little did I know that I've become better over time, and that is great. Even small goals within any aspect of your life are worth a celebration.
Imperfection Mindset: Ever since I was born, I made a ton of mistakes, which my parents would talk about for hours to make me cringe or even suffer in misery. I wish I could see my mistakes as opportunities to grow, but judging my current situations, I bet that's unlikely to happen.
Thanks psych2go
ОтветитьI've been trying to change my mindset for years. Unfortunately all the advice I get is "change your mindset," which is insufficiently actionable, or instruction to have thoughts that conflict with observed or with the therapy I get for other issues.
ОтветитьIm perfection over progress person how to fix it
ОтветитьThe thought that there is room for everyone to be succesful really opened my eyes wide open, I always had the mindset of, if there is only so much space for succesful people, why would I be the one to win that lottery, and more importantly, who am I to take that away from others? Thats why I thought it would be better to just not participate. Having that mindset makes you so anxious about everything you do in life. I'm gonna make that abundance mindset my main focus for the near future. Its not to late to change your new years resolution right?
ОтветитьI have a minset that tells me to break my reputation in school and make mistakes to learn and correct
ОтветитьNo one is perfect, but a constant work-in-progress. Because in life, there’s always opportunities to learn and grow one step at a time.
ОтветитьWith just a few minutes of watching this, I have realized a lot of things already. I consider myself a perfectionist and all the things you just said, they were true from my point of view. I am starting to realize that it's better to enjoy the process than focusing on the results. Thank you so much ♥️✨
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьYes. Mindset is everything
ОтветитьNo way they wrote Happiness with a "y" 💀
ОтветитьBurrito sandwichhhhh
ОтветитьI really like the mindset book by carol dweck, read it if you can.
ОтветитьKnowledge is power. Even when you feel you'll let people down, you know enough not to.
ОтветитьA
Ответитьthis video should viewed by 1 million people at leastt, this content was reallyyy goood❤
ОтветитьI am a perfectionist but i avoid doing things that will trigger me, but when its too hard i give up and just forget about it and i just do things based on my mood, and i easily lose mood too so when i do something long term i just give up
ОтветитьThe Mindsets and how they could help- (FOR ME, NOT FOR YOU! WATCH THE VIDEO AND GET THAT ATTENTION SPAN ↗️↗️↗️)
1. Abundance Mindset (Being more mindful & grateful for what you have)
This helps you be more grateful for what you have rather than longing for what you don’t.
2. Growth Mindset (Thinking that progress = growth)
This mindset could help you grow more as a person at make you more open to opportunities.
3. Progress > Perfection (Being done is better than being perfect)
Make you stress less
what helped me was the shift in my mindset from I can't to I can.
ОтветитьKick off 2024 with a growth mindset, embracing opportunities for personal and professional development. Are you ready to make this year your most transformative yet?
