I got Kokomi because she was cute and i need to farm this the domain for Albedo/Noelle in the next patch anyway. So if its actually going to be good on Kokomi, i see that as a huge win.

does the bubble still consider healing even if your entire party is at max hp or do you have to use kokomi like hu tao and bring her to battle with low hp?

My kokomi is pretty buffed it’s c1 with 42k hp so damage with the special is 7k-10k so I’m intrigued for this set

Btw it's a AoE but how big could be This AoE? That can be Huge because eath Opponent can be multiplie and be very huge in multi targets. Mono targets still Fine also with the E jelly fish because the heal give by the Jelly is very good. Eath 2s Btw, the Set can active on the first, can be twice E eath time on the Jelly heal zone for eath bubble.

Kokomi is one of only 2 characters that I ever triple crowned (the other one being my beloved Jean) because I absolutely adore her comfy playstyle and ease of use. Now she’s getting a huge damage buff with her own set and that’ll only make me fall in love with her even more. I’m actually so hyped to farm for this set that I kinda forgot everything else about 2.3 😂 (I just hope that the new set also works well with Barbara as I haven’t used her in quite a long time and I kinda miss using her as well)

The fact that the sea foam bubble's down time is just 0.5 seconds. That much is already such a big buff.

Would it count as overflow healing if we heal party members who are already at 100% hp?

That means I can use Kokomi with Childe for the resonance.

This is also an indirect buff to hydro resonance. It doesn't necessarily make hydro resonance the most desirable resonance, but it means that hydro resonance won't be a complete waste if you're using a Kokomi + Xingqiu comp. It just makes hitting that 30k alot easier.

Interesting thing about this new set is whether it'll still be optimal for a support kokomi. I use Kokomi in 3 teams (Electro team - Beidou/ Fischl/ Kokomi/ Sucrose) (Pyro team - Xiangling/ Bennett/ Kokomi/ Rosaria) (Cryo team - Ayaka/ Diona/ Kokomi/ Sucrose). In all 3 teams, my kokomi is currently on 4pc Tenacity. I like using her to buff, apply hydro and heal all at once. It's pretty clear this new artifact set will be best in slot for teams where she is on field and attacking frequently to ensure you get the full 30k consistently. My question now is, if you're just using her jellyfish to apply hydro and heal. It would be much harder to get the 30k consistently. I'm assuming the average kokomi would accumulate somewhere between 10k - 18k stored healing in average per 2 jellyfish ticks. Which would greatly reduce the sea dyed foams damage. So in that type of a scenario where kokomi is purely being used for her jellyfish in a freeze comp for example. Which would give your team more overall damage. Me sticking with my 4pc Tenacity or this new sets 4pc?? Interesting thought..
