Why the hell are so many modern digital synths monotimbral? Access Virus TI came out over a decade ago and could do 16 way multi, why this step backwards? Give me a t least 4 way multi like the Nord lead FFS.

Pretty damn cool demonstration what you can do with it, but unless I go buy everything being used in this video, like most modular demos, this is pretty useless except in showing me what I don’t have.

Just got mine today and I have to say it is fresh!
So glad modern wave table synthesis has been engineered into
such an awesome sounding instrument.
The tweak factor is huge and anyone into sculpting sounds
could just get lost in this well designed affordable desktop instrument
The macros are cool for those sweeping Serum like swirly whirly evolving tones.

This HydraSynth is really sounding awesome...

I legitimately can’t wait for mine to come in. Only a little over a month to go. I went with the module as I don’t have the space for a keyboard version. Sucks to lose the Poly AT keyboard and the ribbon controller but having Poly AT on the pads is great and I give ASM lots of kudos for doing that. How do the pads feel? Also, does it have a grid where you can play it as a keyboard similar to the Digitakt/Digitone.
