This is so true.I drink bitter melon water everyday but I use the bitter melon leaves..I boil the leaves with just plain water and drink it. I was diagnosed 2 yrs ago with T2 diabetes but I didn't need to take medicine because I was able to control my blood sugar by drinking bitter melon leaves water everyday. I cook without squeezing out juice and use coconut milk also with it. Have to try this juice. My autistic g-son eats it anyway I cook it. He's 10.
