I would like to see these strategies plotted out over the last 10 years. Did they do well or are they all about the same? I have been having a hard time with my allocations. Moving from more investment to more conservative investments. Less individual stock to more bonds.

Didn't mention index funds whereas this is all most people should invest into. And most people should definitely avoid mutual funds (or any other investment services where they are charged a percentage or where they are advised what to invest into). Most people also should not try to time the market (i.e. sell during buble and buy during bear market), but they should just invest regularly (i.e. dollar-cost-average) and never selll until the time hss come to start to spend the investment.

I watched this video back in April of this year. I didn’t even have 10 dollars of stocks or bitcoin until this video and family members told me to invest a young age because at around age 35+ that’s when people usually become wealthy so I would want to also have the same outcome.

After 5 years the equity investors recovers the amount of money that they invested at the start of the business. Actually the equity investor lost money because they didn’t receive any income on that original investment amount. In reality most restaurant businesses fail in less than two years. The upside is great if the business lasts long enough to become very profitable, but that is not assured.
Someone let me know if I missed something in my thinking.

I thnk he made a mistake: pretax earnings(interest already subtracted) was ($15). Then you have to subtract taxes at ($5). That makes ($20) NOT ($10). This means that the loss that year is 20 not 10. Can anyone comment?
