there are Iron supplments, as women tend to lose a lot, monthly. I guess Dr Gundry forgets it. He more and more acts like a cult guru. Mixes truths with half truths with blatant lies like this, populist pseudo science all together. Sad.

When will people start storing their food in mason jars Not only what you are caning yourself, but in the fridge stop using plastic? Jars work well leave you more space and keep food much longer. It saves space and you can see what is in the jars.

That’s the problem w our human society throughout history: convenience! Everybody wants convenience but lacked the education to do so. Take plastic soap and for example. Soap without a sewer system to recycle the water has contributed to water pollution. See the Santorum River! The use of plastic bags to carry human things and ignorant discard polluted our oceans and marine animals.

So is a pan like the Blue Diamond, which has aluminum but is coated, and lists it's free of all those things mentioned, be ok? Really trying to find a higher quality pan though but seems they go from super cheap to super pricey, nothing decent in between.

The problem. You can't avoid plastics, aluminums etc. Buy milk. It's in plastic. Cottage Cheese, yogurt, block cheese, plastic. Frozen veggies, Plastic bags. Olive oil, plastic bottles. Even if I choose glass containers inside my own home, manufacturers don't. I don't hear Gundry saying how he avoids that. What I really would like one of these YT "experts" to actually DO, is be REALISTIC. His story about strawberries being "perfect" after 2 weeks is total BS. I am happy if I can get a few days, and that happens only if I soak in vinegar as soon as I get them home. They want to spout off, "OH, don't use plastic" yet he's clearly not able to completely avoid 100% of plastics. Take us into your fridge, and pantry and show us what's really in there. Because I don't believe that he is able to avoid 100% of plastics. Be REAL. Can you buy milk in glass bottles again, yeah, and olive oil in plastic lined cans or glass bottles sure, but those are most expensive and not everywhere. I think that a lot of the advice out there is just fear mongering and completely impossible to follow.

Is it all plastic bottles of water? I get cases delivered every month. I thought they took out the bad chemicals from the plastic bottles? We drink a lot of water in plastic sport bottles from Zephyrhills. Does anyone deliver spring water in glass bottles anymore? Will the Berkey water filters remove the plastic chemicals from the water? Thank you for answering my questions in advance.

I think your full of it, I mean I believe that allot of the stuff you talk about may be bad for you in some way or another, but I do not believe you practice what you preach, because glass storage containers have plastic lids if they even have them, if you go to a restaurant I don't believe your telling them " my food better not be cooked in aluminum, cast iron or teflon coated gear", or stored in non plastic containers without plastic lids, and I don't believe you tell the restaurant" I only want my food from clean organic products "
You can't buy bottled water in non plastic containers it's just nearly impossible to do this stuff, and I know you make money by telling people this, but it's shameful to mislead people

Good info Dr.
But I believe that silicone cooking utensils are safe. Silicone is very heat resistant and it’s only toxic when the solvent is in it that keeps it wet, but when it hardens and dried it’s all gone into the air band is safe. Fish tanks are sealed with pure silicone because it doesn’t kill them or give them disease. Silicone is natural to the body even.
I use only wood, silicone or stainless steel utensils.
Didn’t think of the iron content in the cast iron pans to be too bad but I probably should get rid of mine and get the enamel coated kind that I do love but it’s so expensive.
I have avoided the Teflon my entire life since it began I saw it couldn’t be good.
The best coated pans I’ve seen are the ones from Ninja and I believe it’s may be also not too toxic. I’d have to look into that one, but they are the only brand I’ve seen that impressed me with its surface hardness. Other than a brand I can’t remember the name of that had titanium finish but one piece would cost a couple hundred or more dollars but it was lifetime indestructible.
Saw it at a bender show in Costco a few years ago and wanted it but couldn’t afford it at all.

I just threw away my cast iron skillet (which was known for producing the most beautiful crusts on my rib eyes), i just also threw away all my non stick pans (which was all of my cooming gear), I just threw away 4 cases of 48 pack kirkland signature water bottles i just bought from Costco (those were so heavy to carry up the stairs to my unit too!), i just also threw away all my plastic utensils. Oh, I had to throw away my sous vide machine too since, you know, can't use plastic vacuum sealed bags anymore. I am now happily microwaving what I was left with; a cup o noodle 🥤. Since all my utensils are in the trash, ill be using my two index fingers as chopsticks. Hopefully these fingers dont disrupt the biome of my noodles. Thanks for the help Doc!!!! Toodooloo 😘

For anybody wondering, YES, his salad spinners are made out of an exotic steel blend of Adamantium and space grade 90004L Beskar steel which make his spinners leak and rust proof. These metals can only be excavated from deep within the Wakanda region. They are also adorned with sapphires and rubies to perfectly balance out the alkalinity level typically found on exotic Beskar alloys.

My mother has Alzheimer's and dementia. We children are aware that her generation has a high number of people with her mental state. Common denominators. All houses had lead pipes when she was young, petrol had lead which was emitted into the atmosphere, aluminium pans, and finally amalgam fillings, she still has her teeth at 91.
