ОтветитьThank you so much for this routine I started ballet when I was 3 and stopped at 5 and now I’m 15 about to be 16 I started ballet 2023 of sep I only have 1 ballet class every Saturday and I feel like the warm ups my teacher does with me is not so really effective so I decided to take matters in my own hands and search up warm ups that I know will do something and help me become more flexible and grow as a dancer I’m going to start doing these at home now once again appreciate the video❤️

Doing one of those stretch after another made my muscles went "no more" and had to take a lot of breaks between each
In sum those are rather a stretches for ppl who are already a bit flexible or train ballet, I don't recommend it for "beginners"
I have not stretched in like 2weeks bc it’s winter break so I did not expect to get my splits right away this was so helpful

Ответитьi am planning on starting dance next year, and i’m trying to follow stretches that will help me keep up with all the other girls that will be in my class. i will be taking pre-pointe and ballet. i did ballet before but quit to focus on school.

day 1: ✅ enjoyed it and finished !!
day 2: ✅ did it and it got much easier! I tried breathing control while doing it and it helped alot!
day 3: ✅❌ i did it but not the warmup ! Almost a week omg!!
day 4: ✅ did it and felt amazing omg.. 3 more days till week 1 ! 🤗🤗

ОтветитьI’m gonna be keeping a log of my stretching, to remember this and to motivate myself. I used to do ballet as a toddler, and I really want to get back into it, but I need to work on my flexibility first.
Day 1: ✅- difficult but I got through- could barely reach some stretches
Day 2: ✅-not as bad but still hard
Day 3:✅- still rough but got through it

I’m in my late 20s just getting into dance (jazz) for the first time, I’m excited to try this out!

ОтветитьI do middle school musical theater as a 6th grader and you'd be surprised at how much flexibility it requires for the choreography (the boys get easier choreography for some reasons though). This was super helpful!

I recommend doing this everyday because it’s a brief amount of time, which is favorable for busy people. And it’s great to boost and maintain flexibility. I gained the ability to do the splits again after doing these stretches.

ОтветитьI used to do dancing right before Covid so I was really flexible but when Covid started I haven’t been practicing stretching so now I’m not really flexible so it hurts when I do stretching 😂

Day 2 (not really) : I skipped a day BUT i did it today and it was a lil harder but i stuck through and will try again!
Day 3: I got really busy and had to take a looooooot of days in between day 2 and 3 but today I have an audition coming up for the wiz and thought this would be useful to do to warm my body up at 6:16 am 🫡
This actually helps me soooo much my mom keeps telling me to stretch beucase I have a dance competition and I dont have a split and I need one. So my mom tells me to stretch beucase I forget. So this video helps me I put it on watch later so I don’t forget and this is really getting me close to a split so thank you❤

This is basically to keep me motivated throughout the YEAR to make sure I keep stretching. Day 1: ✅ 1/6/2023 Accomplished! I felt pretty good for doing a few videos but was pretty upset I didn’t do any conditioning.
Day 2: ✅ 1/7/2023 I was pretty sore. My hip flexors and thighs were both really sore but I pushed through!
Day 3: ✅ 1/8/2023 I finished this one right before I went to bed for the first day back at school after winter break.
Day 4: ❌ 1/9/2023 I didn’t do this routine but I did stretch in class. I was at dance for about 3 hours.
Day 5: ❌ 1/10/2023 I didn’t do this routine but I did stretch in dance competition class.
Day 6: ❌ 1/11/2023 I didn’t stretch at all that day, I had no classes either.
Day 7: ❌ 1/12/2023 I didn’t stretch at all, I had tap competition practice and ballet though.
Day 8: ❌ 1/13/2023 I didn’t do this stretch routine but I had 3 hours of class today, Ballet, Technique, and Turns class.
I'm not a dancer, but i really wanna get flexible like you are. I was a little flexible before because I used to do ballet stretches and then I stopped doing it because of my studies and...I've lost a bit of my flexibility, so I'm tryna work on it, now that I've finished your workout session, honestly, it was very painful but i liked it very much, it was very refreshing. I'm gonna do it every day now.

Ответитьactualy this not a streching routine done all is for people that did like the splits and they can do it only if they make the splits first they do the splits so up but if they do the strech routine it will be more easy to get down
