Huge mistake, you could of got easy $200-300 for each motor at a refurbishing shop today

Let’s not bring each one to the bench and break them down one by one I think I’ll drag my tools all over and wander around my shop a thousand times and do each step in the process all over the place 🙄

Where i am the 2640 of rough motors are worth a little over 900$, at current prices they would have clean out 300 pounds of copper which will only grade #2 because of its size and the coating that is applied to it to get the same 900$.

so about 10,000$ worth of copper sold to scrap for $1000? how do we get amazon prices for this? do we have to smelt em into ingots? cuz amazon 1 lbs is 26$ which is x10 the scrap value
