DJI Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom - Is it the drone for you?

It's too bad that drones are like guns... there's almost nowhere you're legally allowed to use them.
In a city among the buildings... nope.
Over residential areas... nope.
Most parks... nope.
It's a cool novelty, but mostly useless for practical purposes.
I wanted to buy one to chase car prowlers and lead the police to them... till I found out that was illegal... lololmao.

I dont know what to do. Im owner of Dji Inspire 1 V2.0. and Mavic Air combo. My Mavic Air Is now a good drone when I change WiFi from 5.8Ghz to 2.4Ghz and I change from CE mode to FCC. Now It fly long distance. Mavic Pro 2 come With Swidish Hasselblad camera. But how good is it?. Littel bit better than first mavic pro?. So maby I sell my Dji Inspire 1 V2.0, and Mavic Air only to bay Mavic Pro 2?. But somthing says me Its not right to do. Mavic Pro Platinium is on sale now. Its to exspencive this New mavic pro 2. And I se video here on tube that sensor 1 Inch on pro dont work 100%. Im not a exspert but Its video about It. Mavic Air is fantastic but wifi get interferance somtimes and I dont like It. But It film good fly long distance and are small. I dont know what to do.

I've had the zoom for almost a month now and I love it. Super stable, solid signal and video feed at long distances. Love the zoom feature!

When I Jump I want to get the most hight It Would Be DJI only because I don't think anther can be named that can do what Set Do Dare say set the standard! But remember I don't have one yet so by default I Hate DJI for a while longer!!!!

I sold my P4A and bought a Mavic Air then sold my Mavic Pro and got a Mavic 2 zoom. Sale for $1070 on the M2z and $500 for the MA so not so bad. I have not taken the M2 for a ride yet but will soon. I just hope it's better in low light than the old MP.

Thinking about upgrading to the Zoom. I love my Mavic Pro but the 2 zoom is looking tempting. Dont need it but want it. We'll see.

Phamton 4 pro ,mavic 2 pro and mavic 2 zoom are the best drones for semi to professional or just hobbies people. There have everything you can ask for. But if ur a professional and want 💯 pecent images and video and you have bussines doing it then the inspire drones and other bigger quads are more better for you.

I watched a video to take off the mavic 2 zoom camera lens so I can put on the uv filter. They said use a glove, do you know a safer way to remove the original len to replace it with a uv filter?

I don't own a smartphone, if I purchace one will it work with the DJI smart controller & can you fly it by the controller it comes with without a monitor?

Mavic 2 Zoom with only 2 color profile choices? I’m not an editor and definitely not a fan of color profile normal. So mine sits in my closet! I end up using my Evo with all those nice color profiles. Wanna buy my Zoom?

Just be aware DJI accept no responsibility for software issues after the one year warranty expires. I lost my drone in the ocean (Mavic Pro) when it forced landed after a warning appeared that I had flown into a NFZ. Trouble is I was 40kms south of the nearest NFZ. I showed DJI maps from their own ‘Fly Safe’ App, maps from Australia’s CASA app and the flying log and they just said sorry but it is out of warranty and only offered a pathetic 10% discount on my next drone purchase. The drone was in excellent condition, was very responsive up until that time, had 16 satellites and had 80% on the battery. No reason for it to be forced down. DJI customer support service is poor. In my view they are unethical corporate citizens

take it out anytime,wind,rain..whenever i want. love it! few problems... the android connection in controller..pain in the butt! lifetime battery is to short...after all,it is amazing!

I bought one about a week ago. I like it but there is no way for me to open the Video files in my computer. I have to send the Video to You Tube from my Cell phone losing definition in the process, not too happy with that as I also can't put the original Video into my editor, to look a bit more professional. It negates one reason I bought it for, Quality VIDEO. Good video thanks CAPTAIN DRONE. Also for $2,020.00 I think I should be able to use the footage.

This is the hardest decision I've ever made but I think the zoom is the way to go especially not being a genius with the coloring effects in editing great review

Absolutely I would purchase one of these drones but since I am a retired vet with a small income I will hang tight and save until I have enough to buy one, but by that time God only knows what will be available and at what astronomical price.

You asked so I am telling you kindly, I bought the Mavic 2 Pro and it has the Hasselblad. It is awesome and I have several other DJI drones now but this one is incredible, lands on a tack mark every time, Reliable, and manual focus displays videos and pictures beyond belief. I also received the Fly more combo as it is a great deal with the multi charger that charges one battery after another is completed. I have been practicing and learning its abilities for 2 weeks now and it is amazing. Make sure to mention touching the screen flying you can point to where the gimbal will move the camera to!! It basically goes anywhere like a passenger in a plane. That is an amazing gimbal movelment not have to turn the turn or crab it to view items not in front!!!!!
