Ответитьyears ago ı had the best body thanks to this workout after doing it regularly for months.unfortunately ı hurt my knee while doing ropes and still have a bad knee. this workout is what ı miss the most :( that burning feeling and the instant and amazing results it gave me was smthng else. no any other workout made me feel the same

Been doing this for 4 years now, 3 times a week, end the session with 100 push ups. I don't go to the gym any more but do get mistaken for going 5 times a week :)
ОтветитьDid this workout 2 years ago, and my body was totally a different compared to now 🥺 now going back to this again and will try to do it once everyday. Can’t wait to see the difference in a month later!! Count today as my first day, but only managed to do it for 15 mins 🙁 will buck up in the upcoming days

ОтветитьI have been doing this for about 3 years now. I love that the work out does not take too long and if you get too tired you can use the 15 second active rest to rest. Lol. The cool down is good as gives you a chance to catch your breath and cool down before taking a shower. Love the variety and countdown is good.

ОтветитьI have found myself back here, 2014-2015 incorporated Fitness Blender's videos in my fitness routine and was in the best shape of my life at 140 lb after losing close to 60 lb, fast forward to 2019 I gained the weight back to 202 lb, I promised myself to get back into shape, 2021 I was at 178 lb, and now 2023 at my heaviest at 216 lb. I am leaving this comment as accountability to take control of my health, fitness, and overcome my binge eating disorder, once and for all. I have been dedicated to one week now of this workout and have lost 4.4 lb. This will be my year to be my healthiest and happiness. My goal is to lose 20 lb monthly. I will provide monthly updates!

Ответитьthis was SO hard I had to give up 13 mins in… if you’re a beginner do not fall for the positive reviews bc it’s not beginner friendly at all
