Keep in mind modern politics.
And how other countries industries like China just tried to make a car factory in Mexico.
Its a strategic move.
Trump is the only vote this year.
Because at any time a car factory can become a war machine.
Under Biden/Harris admin.
All of our strength has left the country. We have no backbone if we go to war.
Our military is in shambles.
Those are facts.
Question is who are you gonna vote for?
Trump is the ONLY one who will fix these problems.
Because it is the right thing to do to keep global stability which the UN is incapable to ever do apparently. (Hence Ukraine & the War against Palestine.)
The left are communist-markists.
Nuff said.
(Left is more closely akin to communism more than ever.)
the Shermans are not for one v one tank on tank they are for tank vs, infantry. which is the primary task of tanks in the field.
ОтветитьPearl Harbor
ОтветитьI no the Sherman tank is a great American creation but not for battle unlike the Russians new that they had to make a tank just as the Nazis if not at least syronger and they did and won all tamk battles there on i just think the american sherman if made stronger to late could of saved so many i can't even imagine it was suicide those who miracly survived in a Sherman was just an act of god literally literally period
ОтветитьLosses of Tibets pack mule brigade was heavy in the battle of Midway. The Japanese learned mules can't outswim battleships.
ОтветитьWe here as Americans are the hope and destiny of the free world. If America does not lead the way, the world will walk in darkness, shame and disgrace will be ours, for in the light of high resolve, the golden hopes of mankind will trail in the dust of time. ( Teddy Roosevelt )
ОтветитьAnd the U.S. is the only country to send manned missions to the moon.
ОтветитьI never hear anyone mention the 1 mile long Convair (Convair became General Dynamics and now Lockheed/Martin) plant in Ft. Worth TX. And remember Convair was the original designer.
ОтветитьAh yes, anything is possible when you can print money out your 🍑🍑!!! One day thought that power will end and America will pay the consequences.
ОтветитьGermany should have just kept the deal wih russian would have helped more
ОтветитьThe sherman was the best tank becuase it could be mass produced
ОтветитьHere on 2024, praying we are ready for what’s to come
Ответитьthe Brits are not great fighters
ОтветитьWe are all so proud that the United States came back from Pearl Harbor. We were a very small ranked 17th in the world . I know the draft had a nice part of it as well. However, when Dolittle went into Japan with his unit, I cried this history is amazing.
ОтветитьDecember the 11th, 1940. Just4 days after Pearl Harbor.... Jesus Christ. Cant even get the date right? And im supposed to believe anything after that?
ОтветитьDec 1940? Try 41
ОтветитьBecause the US had 4 years to prepare as they joined WW2 late, and then profited from other's misery. Similarly, WW1 the US joined at the end.
ОтветитьVery little of this video covers production. The rest of it is just a simplified version of wwII form 1941 to el Amine.
ОтветитьDuring WWII the city of Pittsburgh produced more steel than Germany and Japan combined.
ОтветитьThis characterization of Rochefort must end. He wasn't strange nor eccentric. He wore a robe at work because the codebreaker's offices were underground and it was super-secret. It was cold in that room and despite it being in the tropics everyone at that facility were dressing warmly.
Ответить❤😂🎉😢😮😅
ОтветитьDec 11th 1940? So a year before the attack on Pearl Harbor? 🤨
ОтветитьDeath rates have proven that the Sherman was one of the MOST survivable tanks of the war.
ОтветитьMidway may have been the decisive battle of the Pacific war, but the Japanese still had a lot of fight left in them.
Ответить700
ОтветитьMe too. I’m American by birth so I’m not familiar with the immigrant newcomer’s experience. I’ve always thought that anyone who wants to work will do well in the US. You are always welcome in the US.
ОтветитьWhat--wages went 70% and business still made money!!! Shhhh, all the conservative republican businessmen might hear you.
ОтветитьIt was fitting for USA to take first chair position in the Allied partnership because of the vast resources the USA would bring to the fight. As a whole, the British officers Corps, were in need of tactical adjustments in their war fighting doctrine but I never heard that we Americans thought them incompetent.
ОтветитьArtur, you are a wonderful human being, I love your stuff. Hang in there mate, any time you want to come to Brisbane in Australia, you’ve got a place to stay, free of charge 🎉
ОтветитьThe ONLY reason the US is in the condition it's in now is due to the fact we did NOT border any war front. We were not shelled, assaulted by any Airforce or tank assault or troop advancement. Our factories stayed open in spite of millions of people being reduced to dog food. We rose to the top of the heap by means of the Military Industrial Complex! It is sad for me to say, those same entities rule our country today.
ОтветитьIn fact, the U.S. conducted war games in 1932 that involved a surprise attack on a Sunday morning. It was well publicized. The attackers won the war game. In 1936, the Japanese War College conducted a study involving a surprise attack at Pearl Harbor.
ОтветитьIt was Yamamoto’s plan all along and he wasn’t reluctant in any way
ОтветитьThus the military complex was born not just thought about like in world war 1 but actually birthed.
Ответитьhow russia doing now?? haha capitalism has turned into fascism in the usa, and russia is on the rise. how the tables have turned. Vlad is now killing nazi's as the usa funds them. un real
ОтветитьVery first line of the episode "December the 11th 1940, 4 days after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor" ... That shakes the credibility of this program pretty quick!
ОтветитьEveryone has faults. Its the good deeds that outweigh the bad that counts.
The US isn't perfect and never will be but I wouldnt choose anywhere else to live in the world because In spite of it all we have evolved past the old behaviors and ways of doing things to be one of the most progressive countries on earth.
They did not destroy the battleship fleet but made some good hits. Do not do history unless you do it correct
ОтветитьThe glory days. Not many factories/shipyards left nowadays.
ОтветитьFUN FACToid--- the attack on Pearl was drawn up// rehearsed}}} TWICE!! }} by...............the AMERICANs!!in 1932 i think }}} Yamamoto war gamed this. and then }}} a la ka BLAAAAMo! the real deal Neal !
ОтветитьPoor Mr Yamamoto! A REALIST who called his countrys defeat day--- June 4 to 7 th--- dead on: the MidWay defeat == the same beginning of the END as Stalingrad was for Germany.
ОтветитьEven if Japan had more naval success, they then had to get within range of the US mainland, with its rapid air production, and destroy ports, including those on the East coast, to prevent new ships from being produced at a pace they couldn't match. I really don't know how they planned on ultimately winning against US industry, manpower, resources, and size. I assume the idea was that if they inflicted enough damage the US wouldn't want to fight anymore.
ОтветитьThe video started put as described in the title, but morphed into combat.
ОтветитьFirst word of the documentary. "December the 11th, 1940, just 4 days after Japan's surprise air raid on the Americans in Hawaii." You lost me already.
Ответить
