The elites want to eliminate the middle class. That's why they inflated the housing prices and property taxes
ОтветитьThe up and coming housing crash is looming on the horizon. You’ve been warned
ОтветитьFlippers when they find out Texas is full of open space to build cheap 😢
ОтветитьSa-lee-nah, pendejoooo
ОтветитьPeople are waiting to buy until prices go down more. Plus, there are supposed to be more property tax cuts to come. My son sold his last house & started renting due to property taxes here. We live on the south end of DFW.
ОтветитьIn Texas buy at your own risk might break even when you’re 100 years old.
ОтветитьJust Remember - it;'s not the Price of the House - It's the construction - maintenance required - Mortgage insurance / home owners insurance as well as personal Property Taxes that all need to be taken into account. - Where I live there are No Personal property taxes - No Mortgage insurance / home owners insurance required - save a tonne of money and keep it all in my pocket to spend rather than giving it to others.
ОтветитьBro needs a better mic
ОтветитьI think another hit to the DFW housing market is the spike in property taxes no one really talks about
ОтветитьFuck the banks too. You're a slave forever people.
ОтветитьIt’s a CRASH like never seen before!! 😂😂
ОтветитьSTOP MOVING TO TX. WE'RE FUCKING FULL AND WE DON'T WANT YOU GUYS HERE.
ОтветитьThe real estate market is in economic denial. They need to come down 260K. Not just 60K. Those homes are never going to sell at prices above 400K. Keep track of how long a home has been listed. And if it disappears and then comes back. You'll see what I mean.
ОтветитьInvest in South Florida where there is no more buildable land. Broward county is built out so that limits the inventory. Supply and demand. South Florida real estate is still going up.
ОтветитьDon't buy yet don't sale. If you are a private party let it hit wall street
ОтветитьThey cut the price, but cut the corners. They are gonna find a way to get their cut.
ОтветитьDallas no it’s not
ОтветитьIn USA it is most definitely required to have Insurance as 90+ % of all homes are made of wood and are fire traps waiting to happen, whereas in China everything is Brick and Cement - OOPS! That doesn't burn too well - Remember the story of the 3 Little Pigs ? Not to mention that in general theft from Homes is extremely rare in gated secure communities that I am located so in 20+ years have not had to have insurance and I paid Cash for My Home ( which was newly built 1400 sqft ) - about US$68k in 2003 a far cry cheaper than in the USA - so no mortgage insurance required as well. Why would I want to live in USA and be poorer.
ОтветитьYelling....pre pandemic prices is healthy, don't buy yet.
ОтветитьThe cuts need to be in the hundred thousand, because that's how much fake equity is being charged.
ОтветитьIt’s always good to have a financial plan. I work with a licensed planner and fixed-income strategist in LA that helps me sort out these plans of investments
ОтветитьWhats the point if interest 11% banks need to cut the interest dn to 5% or less ...
ОтветитьMaking room for the illegals . 😊😂
ОтветитьHousing are becoming more and more like cryptos.
ОтветитьAmericas strongest economy. Tell me more! How?
ОтветитьDallas is a shithole.
ОтветитьDallas=100°f for 3-4 months out of the year (btw) 😆
ОтветитьDo Oklahoma City
ОтветитьTop 10, starts with #9 🤡
ОтветитьTop ten, starts at #9. I dont think you understand numbers, sir.
ОтветитьWrong , i notced you did not show where u are getting data again. U can go to redfin marhetplace. dallas homes has its 2nd amont of homes on the narket
ОтветитьDallas has the 2nd lowest amont of homes for sale in 5 yrs
ОтветитьWhile monthly avg homes home sales haveen volitile. The trend has only go up or down a few percent this yr
ОтветитьGo try to scare someone else
ОтветитьStill too high for the average person.
ОтветитьI think the prices, were inflated to began with because many people got creedy.
ОтветитьDallas should be cheap, it's an ugly, soulless hellscape.
ОтветитьDo you think price cuts have more to do with sellers not changing their expectations with the market changes (both seasonal and market specific) ?
ОтветитьCutting asking prices doesn't mean it sold for a higher price a year ago
ОтветитьBut then you'd have to live in the dumpster fire that is Texas. No thank you. 🤮
ОтветитьRices went up 200/300% they’re cutting prices by 10/15% still getting screwed
ОтветитьThanks for the information
ОтветитьI won't buy a new home. There rushed and half assed.
ОтветитьCelina isn’t Dallas. Dallas ends south of Plano.
ОтветитьSo where are the rest?
ОтветитьCelina isn't a suburb or anywhere near Dallas. It's an hour away at midnight. It's no closer than Greenville.....which again, is far far away.
ОтветитьHopefully grand prairie tx too
ОтветитьCan’t wait for when lawmakers make it illegal to own single family homes for rent. That $600,000 house will be $150,000 because supply/demand.
Ответить60k price cut was only 1.4%
ОтветитьThey could cut the price to 50% and price still wouldn’t match value.
Ответить
