There's a golden rule in pranks that anyone who does one knows: "Pranks are designed to confuse, not to abuse". Any prank that doesn't follow this rule is just harassment or worse

its a joke-where is the funny part? In my country even clear water when its used like that, just throw entire bucket, it illegal and may cause legal problems. People use electronics, like cellphones, that is not waterproof, so making them wet like that is crime, offence and damage to property. Now add more ingredients, like oil, it is going much worse. Good joke makes both sides laugh. That is just crime.

I'm from Belgium and my guess is that he'll probably will get a slap on the wrist. For example, if you get less than 3 years in prison, you don't have to go (since all prisons here are way too overcrowded).
