P4G is the best coming of age tale I've ever experienced, it really nails what its like growing up in a small town. Every issue, whether it's the actual murder mystery or some new plan to hit on a girl is of equal "dire" importance in their eyes. The insecurities and fear of emotional vulnerability that everyone has in high school. The desire to leave and go to the big city because you don't want to be stuck in a town where everyone knows each other, only to realize that some of your happiest memories are in that town. This game gave me so much nostalgia despite not playing it until i was in my 20s

This song is a good reminder of my 2 year recovery from the darkest period of my life during high school. After today I’m 3/4 of the way done with school, but freshman year and factors outside of school almost permanently beat me down. This is what I first listened to during the beginning of my recovery, and 2 years later I’m still at it. The Persona series had also gotten me through harsh times, and I don’t think I’d be here without them.

I just finished P4G. It was my first Persona game that I actually managed to play all the way through. I felt so many things in this game, shed tears, laughed my ass off and hated characters in it. This game made me legit feel like I am part of its world. So much even that after the end, all I could think of was how I will forever miss not so much the game, but Inaba and its citizens themselve. Especially Nanako... but it's great tto hear that most of the gang is doing great in Persona 5...

Just finished this game for the first time yesterday (yes, on 3/20 of all days lol), and I LOVED it! Definitely one of my all time favorite games now, but probably one of the longer ones I've played too. And I think if my brother hadn't been next to me during the credits, I think I legit would've started full on crying dude. The whole ending sequence hit hard. And while yeah it's sad I won't be able to visit Inaba for the first time again, that doesn't mean I can't come back to relive some memories and meet everyone again. Even though I just finished, I honestly can't wait to play again 😁

I needed this game. It came at a point in my life where I’m at the absolute bottom. I feel like I’ve given up on everything, waiting to die or for something to change. But that’s not the truth, is it? I’m still here because I know deep down I want to be better. I keep trying to push my feelings away, act like I don’t want to exist, but I do. I want to be better. I hope one day I’m able to understand my feelings fully and be the best version of myself that I can possibly be.

I finished Persona 4 Golden yesterday for the first time, i cried really much at the end cause this was a really beautiful journey, i'll never be able to replay this game for the first time and feel the same emotions, sayonara Inaba, you'll be forever in my heart T.T

Sold my ps vita last year and missing this game. So glad it's gonna be ported to the nintendo switch early next year. 😁

I finished Persona 5 last summer. I am one of the people that cried like a bitch because that was my first persona game. I am now days away from starting college and just finished Persona 4 Golden. I didn't cry this time really, but I know I will soon. Remembering all the friends I made in this game to make up for the friendships I never had. Just like leaving Inaba, I will soon move on from my old life to start the real version. I will always cherish all the life lessons of friendship and what it means to be a human, true to your self and others around you as we all search for some form of truth in our lives.

ahhh i havent played this game in 2 or so years, but i really wanna boot up the ps2 to play it again

This song carries so much power in my opinion, Its such an optimistic end to p4 and everytime it hits i feel more ok with leaving inaba behind. To me its a reminder that while i may not physically be playing the game and in inaba, the lessons it taught me will always be present to me.

They're making a direct sequel to P4 that will release after P6. They are working on both simultaneously right now. The P4G release on PC was a test run for a multi platform run for P4 part 2. The Playstation Atlus exclusive deal runs out after P6.

I dident even like this game it was pretty bad 3/10

I loved Persona 4's ending especially when Rise told Yu that she loves him. That made it complete for me as Rise is my waifu and best girl in Persona 4. :) My OTP is those two for sure!

i remember being recommended to check out persona 4. at first i really didnt expect much but man, now i just wanna stay in inaba forever.
i wish i had a good highschool life like yu's (besides the murders) meeting cool people and being friends with them.
this game is the best experience i'll never have in real life.

You can't stay in Inaba forever, but that doesn't mean you can't take some of it with you.
