Beautiful 182T. I got my IFR ticket in that same model. Amazing how they hold their value.

Always enjoy the fly-along and Rich's "teaching moments" (AKA - Tips), hopefully I'll be getting my 3rd Class SI soon and be flying again after a few decades. Love to find an instructor like Rich here in the KCHD neighborhood when it come time to get current.

Fly these approaches as fast as you dare (within flap limits, etc.) The airplane WILL slow down on short final. Airline crews will thank you.

Cessna 182 has been around for about 65 years. I’d pay about 200K max for a 500K plane like this. Paying this kind of money is really stupid. Really stupid.

So let me get this straight. A half a million dollars for a slow plane that’s basic technology hasn’t changed in 50 years with no more stuff on it than a 50,000 dollar car. Seriously??
