People really think that Heechul gonna do intense workout without have a consultation with his doctor? Come on mate. People know, and Heechul prolly must know that his leg is pretty messed up back then. He know his condition and if he really cherish his future with his leg, he must have consultation with his doctor for this kind of shoot. If he cannot do it, he can just told the PD and sit out or maybe doesn't show up. The cast can just say "yeah, since KHC leg's cannot do it, he gonna sit" or "yeah, KHC have other schedule so he can participate".

He's already goddamn 30, he's been adult for a long time. He know what he must do.

The cast and PD team must have discuss it already, I mean, maan, if they don't discuss it and suddenly something happen, the one who gonna get blame is PD team and the cast like KJK based on vids.

Heecgul have a surgery on his knee(correct me if I'm wrong) these kinds of training is a hard thing for people with such cases you know.. they hurt

Poor heechul he probably doesn't want to say anything but he isn't in good shape because of the accident he was in many years ago he some times can't even participate in dancing with the members this must have been really difficult and painful for him...😢

I'm worried about heechul oppa legs. I know he'll be careful with his legs. But still I'm worried about him. Every time I watch an oppa do something with his legs, my reflexes will say "be careful oppa, etc.".

Jongkook is a good trainer. He knows how to motivate.

This is clearly entertainment show. Please enjoy everything. If you nitpick everything, it doesn't become fun anymore. I believe in what I see, they are happy. There were more behind the scenes that we didn't know. The casts are close to each other, they talked not only during filming, they talked during not filming as well. So, they already know what is good and what is bad. I understand that you were concerned for the one you loved, but please. Trust him. He did it because he knew himself way better than us.

Herchul is grown adult if he really didn't want to train he wouldn't be there. From how he is dressed he knew he was coming to train with kgk out of all people.he could have just as easily said he got a schedule or is in pain or anything. the rest of episode shows he enjoyed his time. Also exercise and building muscle is proved to help in dealing with pain and improving quality of life from people dealing with all sorts of life altering injuries. herniated disc or bone fractures or even heart transplant patients can be able to work out again with proper treatment.

If you havent seen full eps Hee Chul did reassure us that he is fine and his leg felt lighter...You might think he said it just for us not to worry but honestly KJK wouldnt be giving him too much since he himself in a not good situation.....Dont worry this tyoe of workout wouldnt put that much pressure on the legs. It wont strain his leg....I HOPE HEE CHUL EXERCISES MORE...LIGHT EXERCISES...Since he might feel less pain if he does....

Is it just me? I’m worried about Heechul’s leg every time he tries to walk and give his best. I noticed towards the end they don’t show her mom. Maybe she’s also worried her son will get hurt. Heechul - please be strong you don’t need to try harder. 🥺
