I spend a lot of time in Singapore and I just wish we in the uk could adopt their judicial system, sure we’d have to lock up the subversives (liberals) who typically read the guardian and independent news papers.
We would need to invest in our system too instead of running it on empty but we could turn the UK around in a few years, we’re currently in a death spiral and no party can sort it out.
The streets would be safer and the prisoners would have a chance at turning their lives around.

all this comments praising this System are mindboggling. a drug consumption charge gets u 3 years in a maximum 24/7 singe cell with cctv. in civilized countries this treatment is reserved for serial killers or prisoners who are violent against other prisoners. also everyone gets to walk out of their cell every day.
