Creatines affect depending on the type you take is beneficial. Most isnt water soluble and forces water to collect around the outside of the muscle making you look puffy unless you take the proper kind of creatine it will not get into the muscles cells which is actually the kind you want to take! Vitamin D sustains muscle and bone density. Mario is nothing but a loud mouth who hates bodybuilders. Especially ones on gear! That's right he hates natural bodybuilders too! He's a narrow minded loud mouth with a tiny bit if information on training and at 20 years old he believes he knows more about the sport than anyone else and he thinks he's going to develope a new niche of training called body shaping for puzzies weighing 98 to 155 lbs who cant develop muscle naturally so they fall into the lowest niche, the lowest level of training. and yes it's for puzzies just like Mario!
