Great review. I hooked mine up yesterday in place of my fire cube. Issue I am having is for example the TUBI and PLUTO aps you cannot see where you are as you are in these aps. No icon highlight at all ? I also am having issues with no surround sound just 2 speakers active. all my video inputs go through my denon reciever then to TV. any help ?

Hello, thank you for your videos they are so informational I recently just got this box and I am noticing that it is conflicting with my Vizio sound bar it is using the same IR frequency and is shutting off my soundbar have you experienced this and do you have any suggestions?

I just bought a second box and it will not work in the bedrooms so I activated it in the living room and works fine but know sooner I hook it up in the bedrooms it doesn't work it will turn on and off by itself all the screen will show is the beginning graphics and then it shuts off by itself and turns on by itself please help me so I don't go crazy

Tried to get ABC 6 Philadelphia on playback. It won’t come up using the remote. It’s not in the list of channels in playback but it’s a favorite in blue tv?

Can you record tv shows?

My S3Pro does not allow me to get to settings. I turn it on and my screen says Superbox but the background is black. When the background turns blue the settings gear flashes but screen goes black not allowing me to select settings therefore unable to select a network

My s3pro super box will not allow me to select a WiFi. It will not let me get into settings.
Please help.

When I tried to connect my wifi it let me select my wifi but instead of giving me the place to insert my password it flips me back to the opening screen. I have tried resetting the unit, I also unplugged it both from the power and the TV and left it for close to a minute and tried it again and still the same thing happens. I tried to go to the App store thinking that somehow perhaps when I had entered my password for a different application it stayed in there but it says no wifi. I have messed with this for close to an hour. PLEASE HELP!

waste of money.

My box worked great. I just moved and attached to another tv and when plugged in I get a message no signal going to tv. I know the hdmi cable works as I tried a firestick in the same connection. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?

Any advice on volume? We setup and picture is great, but we have zero sound.

It's there 2022 low end model there best model out for 2022 is called superbox elite 2 but not cheap it's $400 bucks n this model goes for $330 as well

You do get the “lifetime tv subscription as well as the VOD with tons of movies and tv shows! I have 3 great value and works well!

What do you hear about this company? I have 2 boxes and am more than pleased. But in the past month they had a half-price sale over July 4. Then since then they've been back & forth saying they had a chip shortage, service would be good only thru 7/23, yesterday they would continue past 7/23 with new products/website, then today I got an email saying they were closing it's doors. Plus the website is offline.

$300 for 10 and I have children in the way the economy is not I will try to win some of it where they can watch TV

Android 9 is slow in my opinion, that's another reason i don't like android boxes anymore,I'm a firestick and Nvidia shield user... Thanks for the review
