Do you really need a skin care routine if you drink enough water and eat perfectly? I'm 34 but look 26, would I even benefit from a "routine" if my lifestyle preserves my skin?

How much sun do you realistically have to get in order to warrant sunscreen? It's not an exaggeration that I may get 4 hours a week of sun exposure in broken intervals like walking from a car, etc. When I plan on being in the sun I do wear it, but since I am adopting a routine, I want to have a good understanding of the essential function of the elements.

Can you use each type of product at the same time?

I’m confused. What is sunscreen? I thought it was to protect against the sun? Are you saying that if I don’t get any exposure to sun that I should still use sunscreen?
