Could you please let me know if the ryokan where you've stayed allow children or not? I checked their website and they only have "female only" room or "couple" room. The last one is room without dinner (breakfast only) 😓

I've been to Japan a couple of times, but your video really inspired me to consider checking out Kawaguchiko on my next trip. Did you end up checking out the onsens at your ryokan?

I would suggest that anyone intended on using Airbnb to first visit the BBB, and read through some of the hundreds of comments left by users. It would also be in your best interest to read through all of the terms of service you will be agreeing to, as their policies leave the consumer with little to no legal recourse once agreed upon.
