I have a tudor manor for detecting, hardly ANY tudor coins bar one. However, I went to the next field from the same land and right at the back found a Roman. Gave it to the land owner and she nearly cried! I've been doing this land for years
ОтветитьWant the same cap 😉👍
ОтветитьCool finds
ОтветитьHi Michael, looks like a great permission. Lots of different finds. Of course the hammered coin and the two fused coin are a great find. I once found what was a lost roll of 1915 S Buffalo Nickels. They were a better date but they were lost in a paper coin tube and that’s how I found them. It looks like you will have allot of great hunting there… John
ОтветитьEpisode 91. Where has the time gone. Another great video young man, looking forward to Episode 92 already. I so enjoy your videos. 😁👍
ОтветитьWow that Afghanistan medal is superb what a find and as you said, it should have the recipients name and number and regiment around the edge so that you could have done some research on it, what a shame it hasn't, but well done anyway it is excellent. All the best from Wendy and Jon in Derbyshire.
Ответитьits a miniature for wearing on the best dress uniform for dinners or on tucks for dinner they dont have name and ranks on them as only the full size dose which would be the one awarded to the person
ОтветитьCracking finds in cracking weather. Good job as always Michael.
ОтветитьHi there. Could you pleace put the items a bit closer to the carmera. Then we could also look at it and comment what it could be. At the moment it is onsharp...😃👍
ОтветитьLovely vicci medal well done 😊
ОтветитьThat metal is agreat find alsome as always
ОтветитьLovely finds. You're countryside looks nice
ОтветитьIt's Domesday, not Doomsday. The difference between they that know, and they that don't.
ОтветитьI do particularly like the Vickie coins, here in Canada she was the first monarch on our dedicated coins ( from 1858) our large one cents used the young Vicky bust on a British half penny planchet, some were made at the Heaton mint in Birmingham under contract as Royal mint to busy doing other coins so I particularly like them.
The medal is brilliant and made me think of Dr Watson ( Sherlock) as he served in Afghanistan😉
Enjoyed the vid, Michael.
ОтветитьHi Micheal, great video again with some awesome finds. Would love to see the odd live dig but it's not a biggy. I can see that you put so much effort into these videos, I really appreciate all your efforts. Are you still using the Forager 2 programme? I'm having a great time using it, found my first hammered a few weeks back :)
ОтветитьThank for the demo. Al,NJ,USA
ОтветитьNice one and great weather! Loved the Queen Vic
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьSo cool to find a double coin! Not every day. Thank you for your videos and the incredibly nice finds. 👍
Ответитьthanks for the interesting images.
felice vita.
Would have loved to see the horse pendent cleaned. We Americans think 1800s coins are old and particularly like the 1860s because that is the time of our "civil war". Great day of detecting. Loved the background music.
ОтветитьNice background information on the medal. Very interesting.
ОтветитьReally promising permission , lovely scenery & land , will be interesting to see what else comes up . Great Clip as always , ATB Andy 👍
